I'm a senior, and stated as such, but had to pull out my ID and prove it. I guess that's okay though. I have eaten here a few times and don't really have anything bad to say, nor do I have anything really good to say. Only average buffet food, and servers are pleasant enough. The old blinds on windows in the restaurant need to be changed as they are plastic and have melted from the Southern California Sun and it looks pretty tacky, as ice cream machine needs removal, or repair, as it has sat broken & dismantled in dessert area for several years now.
Bug in the jello… Sketchy smelling food, dirty tables and we even found a silver fish in my 3 year old son’s Jello… they still tried to charge us the full price and after they threatened to call police multiple times when we asked to speak to the manager, (which we agreed to waiting for police) and they decided not to call, the manager then added a racist comment and finally settled for 35% of the check… I honestly would’ve had absolutely no problem paying full price if they would’ve held that racist comment and at least apologized or showed some kind of concern… Needless to say, we will definitely not be back…
I don’t know if it was the time we went but service was horrible (rude and rushing) we all got one plate and no one finished because it was cold as hell. Never again didn’t even get discounted or anything after telling them how the food was instead the guy snatched my husband credit and again rushed him to sign then snatched the receipt. Never again they need to check their food more often and have better hospitality
Most of the food was cold, very few items were warm. The food serving tables are too close to each other so many people moving around to grab food lack a personal space etiquette for others and neglect to apologize for bumping into you.
Place is decent. Limited hot dishes. Have to find the beef in broccoli. Chicken is the highlight. Mushrooms and asparagus were a tasty, pleasant surprise. Don’t expect much from fish options. Fruit, sushi and dessert options are horrible! No ice cream (fine by me with COVID). Employees DO wear masks. $21/per person. As of today, has a ‘B’ grade; take that for what it is.
The food was very disgusting. Unprofessional dirty do not know any type of English. Ask to speak to a manager or a supervisor or a boss apparently they don't have one. You don't know what the food is because there's no labels, When asking someone what type of meat that is they have no idea themselves. The only thing that was good as pink lemonade.
Place is good but highly recommended you go close to opening or right when they start dinner things have been slow so sometimes food will get cold .
This buffet is disgusting. The table was sticky and the carpet was old. The entire atmosphere was dated to look like the 80s. It was a horrible mistake that we decided to eat there. The food was okay, but the bathroom was filthy and old. The entire place needs to be remodeled. Please go somewhere else. The owner should be so ashamed and embarrassed to run a place like this in that condition.
Not much dessert, they don’t have ice cream. They charge u $11 dolors of taxes and $15 of Tip, Mandatory and they don’t have what you want. Waitresses very rude and the restroom dirty. I don’t recommend it at all. And they serve you mad!
The cream cheese in this was way past expired. The awful taste was hard to get rid of. They have horrible customer service.
