I'm only giving it a star because I can't give zero. I spent 22 dollars on just a double quarter pounder (no combo) just the burger that had five small pieces of lettuce and onions. The Mcflurry is smaller than the small soda cups and it costs almost five dollars. The mango pineapple smoothie was the only thing worth the money and I'm talking about the flavor only, it is way too small to cost five dollars. Make yourself a favor and if you are planning to buy fast food just go to the Jack in the box that is on the other side, you spend 18 dollars for 2 large combos and a dessert.

I'm getting real fed up with McDonald's. I used to love their app. It was always rewarding me for spending my money but now it seems all is ever doing its beating me out of money. Nothing seems to work on it anymore. Try to down load a card to beat the line and all it does is run you in circles now. McDonald's doesn't have much more time on my going out to eat list. One more incident and I'm done. I will say this though the night manager was sympathetic to my plight and did give me a 10%discount because of how the app was acting. But how many times do you see that from a restaurant manager. It just so happened to be a good dude working at the time. So kudos to the night manager at McDonald's on Sierra. Thanks brother. That was a one of a kind act.

Usually this restaurant has 24 hour. I know that they have been closing earlyBecause of covid stuff or whatever. But I live up the roadAnd I have asked them multiple times what their new hours areAnd they told me that the times are 10:00 on weekdays and oone1:00 on weekends. I live up that little Mountain Road. So I come to this location a lot. I just got here at 12:16 on Fri.And once again they told me they closed earlyThere was four cars behind me in lineAnd on top of thatYou guys still post that you're open 24 hours on Google So when I checked before I drove15 miles to get hereIt had showed that it's ⁰still openAnd nobody ans⁶wered the phone when I call..

Normally I get great service. They’re very quick. But today I’m leaving this review because every Wednesday at breakfast time I have to wait in the parking lot for my order. But any other day that I come down here I get it quick. Right now I see two other cars also waiting for the order. I don’t understand why this only happens on Wednesdays.

Prices, out of control for the less than mediocre food you get. I recently visited a location in Barstow where a single large fries extracted over $5.50 from my wallet. Insane and never again. And worse, the typical barely-filled portion heat-lamp cold. Add a buck 50 and you have a full burger meal combo at In N Out, markedly better and clearly more fair to the buying public than the likes of McDonalds. Frankly? I am sick of their sales of less-than-food quality at restaurant prices.

The short Mexican young girl manager or supervisor with a Grey Sweater is sooo RUDE we were on our way to Disneyland & decided to stop to get 5 Egg sausage breakfast sandwiches. We Repeated to lady our order & only asked 2 without cheese, got our food & NONE had any EGG only Sausage so we went back through the long driveway line & when told them the lady said we had to pay the difference & said she thought i said only sausage i said why would i ask for only sausage hun she said that’s what you said! Only thing was said is 2 without cheese & she started demanding the difference or they were not gonna fix it & we said I’m sorry but that was your mistake not mine she said I don’t have to help you if I don’t want to you either pay the difference or leave my window! No care for my family children being hungry & had to wait in line no care that it was her employees mistake no care that we waisted time on our trip because of there mistake!! We ended up paying otherwise they were not gonna fix it no I’m sorry for the inconvenience or I’m sorry for the misunderstanding we asked what McDonald’s this was & manager supervisor name who talked RUDE to me & she said I don’t have to tell you anything I don’t have to tell you my name & shut the window on us! I would of asked for my lonely back Nd gave food back if we weren’t on a time crunch to Disneyland or hungry! So UPSET WE HAD TO HAVE THIS BAD EXPERIENCE SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCH RUDE MANAGEMENT FROM THIS GIRL! I would give no stars if I could never going back don’t expect them to care at this McDonald’s if they Mess up on your Order they see it’s customer’s fault not there own THUMBS DOWN!! ?

Drive thru always backed up and walk ins are not allowed! Meanwhile their competitors next door much faster drive thru experience and walk ins allowed and their competitors offer better customer service and speedier service and the food also better than McDonald's.

Cheese wasn’t melted . Buns were hard : worst burger ever and that’s being generous. I get it it’s only McDonald’s but obv they’ve done right for me to return but this ? This last time was sad. Absolutely discusting

The food and service is good. It is right before the Cajon Pass so it is regularly busy. This location does not have multiple drive up lanes like others. Expect delays.
