Very hit and miss at this location. It should not be relied upon as a lunch option. While there have been times where it has been speedy and efficient, there have equally been times where it has been a 20-30 minute wait to get the food. During my last visit the place was severely overcrowded with barely enough room to stand, with lots of people coughing/sneezing into the dining area. As a rule, if the line for the drive-thru is more than 3 cars then best to go elsewhere.
Lately, I've been taking advantage of mobile ordering. I always get my orders correct, and pretty quickly. Very happy!
When through the drive thru. Ordered two Suger free ice coffee. Large sizes. Took home and took a drink. It taste like there was no coffee at all in the drink. In both of them. I called them to let them know. She was very nice. She apologized. She said I can go during the week to pick up some more drinks.
Line long and slow because girl in window 1 wants to giggle and play with team mates instead of doing her job. I shouldn't be sitting waiting for change at window one, with ten cars behind me and no one at window 2. Tea tastes like fish. paid 3$ to put mac sauce on all the burgers, got none.
If this is the McDonald’s on Foothill and Cherry there is an employee who was playing tugowar with my husband with his card after he paid. He then asked him to buy him some Jordan’s. He was brazen in his comments and is not trustworthy with patron card information! I will be filing a lawsuit if we find anything strange on our statements.
Never again! This McDonald’s has really went down after 2010. Gotta be these new Kaiser cat students working here. They moving way to fast, rushing orders over the intercom, and not giving back correct change. I just left from up here, got my kids some happy meals and a number 7. I didn’t get a patty on one of my burgers and my my kids didn’t receive patties on any of there burgers. Their orange fanta soda taste like orange seltzer water. I laughed at first about me not having a patty on my buns, but after tasting their drinks all laughs to the side. This McDonald’s needs 24 supervision by a health inspector!
DO NOT COME HERE, THEY WILL KILL YOU WITH THEIR FOOD, I GOT SICK CALLED JUAN AND HE SAID HE DONT CARE REALLY BAD AND DISGUSTING.
When I was in there the person that was handing out the food was giving free food to fatwo family members that were there and making other customers wait. Also the family members that were in their were using profanities and being loud about it was very unprofessional. I go to this McDonald's frequently because it's right by my house and I didn't appreciate what I saw in there on there and I would travel to another McDonald's rather than going seeing that again
I usually come to this location because it’s near my house but after seeing what I just witnessed. I may stop coming here or to any McDonald’s. Victoria i believe is her name or gabby was handling money and went to get change in the back while she was.. she was handling food.. doing other things while having money in her hands. Who knows how many people touch the money. People like her contaminate the food. People get sick. She didn’t even wash hands after or wear gloves. She right after started handling food. Wow she does seem like she was helping everyone. but still wash your hands. 2 stars because I like McDonald’s
Staff is kind and friendly. Wait times can vary, with evenings being heavy in the drive thru. Unfortunately, more often than not there are some mistakes in the order.
