The manager was very helpful, but the quality of my order was bad... Went back to get the order corrected, n still didn't get what I wanted... More than likely going to a different location from now on...
Got my food and the fry boxes were half full and cold not to mention they tasted like cardboard, the 2 sprites that i got tasted like very bad carbonated water, i asked if they had lemonade before i ordered it and they said they did but when i tasted it, it was also carbonated water, it was like if they gave me the last of what they had, and one of the ladies at the pick up station gave a dirty look and asked me why i had came to the drive thru again. And to top it off they gave me an opened sauce. :(
My experience every time I come is never this great.But tonight was amazing Flor did above and beyond to make sure me as a Customer was beyond satisfied and made sure everything was hit and fresh.Give that gorgeous person a raise.
If this is the McDonald’s on Foothill and Cherry there is an employee who was playing tugowar with my husband with his card after he paid. He then asked him to buy him some Jordan’s. He was brazen in his comments and is not trustworthy with patron card information! I will be filing a lawsuit if we find anything strange on our statements.
Nice and friendly staff. Service was fast. They used to hold the record of being the slowest McDonald drive true in my experience.
The customer service was okay. But everyday I had to request that my Fry's not be burned but apparently they were using dirty grease because every day that I went there the fries were tan instead of yellow. And they actually had an attitude because I requested that my fries not be burnt or at least not look burnt. All of the other food items that I had was fine. I just hate when I see that a store doesn't clean their grease because they're cooking a lot of the stuff that we each eat in their grief and that's important.

Every single time and never fails I always have an issue with the drive-through McDonald’s it’s a blind lady older she told me that they’re not allowed to slide a debit card it Hass to be tap only I’m like every card in the world doesn’t tap I had to use all the cash that I had her she was going to refuse as our food because she couldn’t slide my debit card because she said she wasn’t allowed to
The lady manager that works there is so rude The man manager is a very nice man There is a sweet girl that takes the order And they are always Mean to her I think she's new They take forever there Out of all the workers There's only 3 of them that are nice
Burnt & unfresh french fries & indifferent borderline rude customer service, they also were initially unable to provide my receipt for my credit card paid order through the drive-thru for some unknown reason on any of their POS registers although supposedly having 3 managers on duty. Almost 30 minutes later they figured it out. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone tbh. Also but not accounted for rating given the Ice cream machine was down as expected & they were out of McRibs, bummer all around really...Update also my double quarter pounder deluxe was missing a patty verified against my receipt they charged me for a double quarter pounder deluxe & gave me a quarter pounder instead. I didn't realize until I got home? If I could put zero stars I would. Everything that could go wrong with my McDonald's visit essentially went wrong. Worst location ever.
