I’m in line I go up to the service window I hear one of the employees yelling out “I don’t know why people eat here this food is no good! Another employee‘s laughing, doesn’t this restaurant have any management ? and who’s doing the hiring ?as a business owner I will fire somebody immediately if they did that! Those statements really make you wonder about the quality of the food
I got home only a mile away and my fries were super cold like they had been sitting out for a hour or so. My McDouble was also cold but furthermore stale and dry. The meat almost choked me out. This was the 8pm night shift don’t go there it’s run by carefree workers that don’t care about the food quality. I should have taken the food back up there for a full refund but I worked all day and was super tired but that’s what they pray on you not getting your money back.
Disappointed that my burger which says no pickles on the slip still had pickles. Everything is super salty. Like over the top salt added to the bread even and way too liberal eith the mayonnaise. After wiping as much as I could off with napkins I thankfully had in my car since there were none in the bag, it was still a lot. But nephew liked his nuggets... and they were nice enough to get the second star.
The Sierra Lakes McDonald’s in Fontana Ca. has to have some of the worse service ever. My son turned 4 years old today and wanted a happy meal. I ordered food for the whole family in the Drive-thru. As I was pulling way from the window I noticed they forgot our fries. I went inside and had to explain how I was missing fries and received a Bewildered look from the employee as if I wasn’t being honest about the missing fries. Then another employee walked up and handed me the missing bag of fries which must have been sitting on the counter by the drive-thru window. We went home to eat only to find out that they forgot to put a hamburger patty on my Big Mac. I always check my bags to make sure I received my order. Never thought I would have yo actually open my menu items up to make sure they contain the most essential part of the hamburger. The hamburger patty itself. Living in So Cal we have tons of places to eat. No need wasting your time and money on such a poorly ran business. Let’s hope my son doesn’t ask for McDonald’s on his next birthday since I won’t be going back any other day of the year.
2 fish sandwiches. Asked for cheese. Got no cheese. Asked for large fries. Got none. Just looked at other reviews. I should've never stopped here.
This is the best McDonald's in my area. Its well kepted up and the service is amazing. It's about to be 8:40p and this location is empty while the other one on foothill and cherry probably has a line that isn't moving like always. This location the employees through the drive thru are polite and they repeat your order back which is a plus for me.
Love the fillet-0-fish Friday, they should do that more often they'll make more money ?
So I went to this location on 2/24/22 to get some lunch. Drive through is empty one car ordering in one lane other lane empty so I pull up and get the pre recording. Go to order and the guy asks me to hold on. Ok no problem. So I’m waiting the other car finishes their order pulls forward, another car pull up and begins to order. I’m still waiting. That car finishes up and pulls forward and another car pull up and begins to order, finishes up and pulls forward. At this point there are 2 cars behind me as I’m still waiting for the guy to come back. A third car pulls up to the box and begins to order so I say forget it, and I pull forward (since there are cars behind me I can’t back out, and have to sit and wait). I get to the Window and I ask for the manager to let them know what’s going on. I think her name was Jackie, walks up and I let her know and she rolls her eyes as if I’m inconveniencing her by letting her know her employee lol dropped the ball. Didn’t get an apology or well I can help you now, all I got was I’ll speak to him as she walked away. This location used to be a lot better, but like most places they just don’t care anymore.
Waited 35 minutes in mobile pick up. Called multiple times, no answer. Went inside & manager said they lost the order. Past it to a NEW employee who was... Learning (as if we hadn't waited long enough-not employee's fault) POOR MANAGEMENT this evening. Didn't even offer an apology. Very disappointing.
Currently in line within The drive-through and my order has been taken and have been waiting for an hour!! I arrived at 7:20pm and didn’t get to order until 7:55pm when I made it to the intercom. And it’s currently 8:38pm and counting… It’s been more than an hour and the line hasn’t moved enough to get my order and go. This is not fast food, it’s a quick disappointment making the decision to dine here. They didn’t even have the decency to apologies for the wait or anything.
