Everything was going smooth and wonderful, until they left off my nuggets dipping sauce. The audacity lol ask me at the window which sauce I'd like, and even go as far as to suggest trying BBQ...then send me off dry nuggets and all! Lucky I caught it before I drove off too far. Tsk. Tsk. Nice try, not this girl, not today. Shame, if I got two for having to come back I might have been swayed another star or two... nope. Just one. Food was good though and everyone was friendly ?
The big signs they had right on the soda machines were gone, so when I went to refill my drink I got sprayed all over my coat sleeve. That previous signs that were right on the machines have been replaced by a small sign on the left wall. Other places in San Dimas have opened their self-serve drinks, like El Pollo Loco, Del Taco, Boston Market, AMC Theatres & Habit Burger to mention a few! I did not notice the sign because I was use to the big sign on the machine itself! When I showed my coat to the older gray hair Manager she just said there's a sign! No concave for the diet Coke syrup on my coat! Beware if you go into a McDonald's because this is a Corporate decision! Not an LA County Health Rule!
The store is always closed for in house orders or dining in, yet their drive through is slow ? and I do mean slow. They can never seem to get food orders right, plus I've only met 2 employees who weren't jerks. This store needs new management ? not a good place to eat anymore. I remember when Macdonalds was good food, great prices and great service. The whole family could eat for $20, today that gets you a meal, sad.
I stood in line for almost 10 minutes before anybody even asked me if I wanted to order something. The lobby had three people in there and a two managers ignored the two gentlemen that went up to buy a soda cut in line in front of me and they ignore them and when the old man raise his voice they still ignored him and he was like he was me I just want to buy a soda. Look like the managers got bothered by us wanting to order food. It was two girls the workers seem pretty cool young skinny guy with glasses look like he was hustling and trying to help everybody out then there was a black girl she was hustling and cleaning the the seats in the floor sweeping. But the two Hispanic girl managers they need to get fired
Everything on the mountain is more expensive, including McDonald's. Quality is sometimes dubious and prices are noticeably higher than down the hill. But it's McDonald's, who generally have standards. This location doesn't live up to their own standards. Be prepared to be slightly annoyed.
Went to the drive thru to purchase 2 cheeseburgers and a large fry. The young lady that charge me was polite but then this big older lady with a large figure frame just handed me the food. Didn’t ask if I needed a receipt or anything. I asked for napkins and a barbecue sauce and she said in Spanish that she couldn’t give me one. I told her oh don’t worry I’ll pay for it. She acts like those .27 cents are coming out of her paycheck. She never even asked if I wanted to purchase a sauce she just assumed I wanted it for free. I couldn’t get her name since she never gave me a receipt. She’s big dark Hispanic lady with dark hair. Please management train this lady to better service your customers. Not everyone is asking for free stuff, especially from her. What about the times y’all have messed up my order and I’ve ended up missing items in my bag?! This location is ridiculous.
Got my order wrong at the window. Took my receipt and just gave me half of my food. It was two cheeseburger happy meals and one #3 large. Still had to tell the lady where's my happy meals. After had to ask for my receipt. Poor service. Management train your people. Maybe the reviews should go to the owners of your location and McDonald's corporation itself.
My main complaint here is that there are no curbside pickup spots. I ordered in the app, but still had to go inside to pick up my food. It is possible to pick up online orders in the drive thru, but I missed the drive thru line looking for curbside spots and there's no easy way to circle back around to get in the drive thru again.Other than that, it's a McDonald's. You know what to expect.
The food is great and the customer service is good as well. I enjoyed my visit and the food. I’m looking forward to going again.
I keep hoping Mickey D's will get better when it comes to fast food take out' bottom line they suck. Food is cold or too hard. especially their signature fries. My message is simple: If you're going to sell fake food at least make it eatable and hot
