I prefer this McDonalds location. The employees are sweethearts. The drive thru is always fast. Every time I visit it is absolutely the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. Perfection...and since I worked in the food service industry for over a decade I don't say that lightly...and can't believe a fast food restaurant can operate on that level. Congrats to the manager and franchise owner. ?
Placed a mobile order and was delayed for pickup. As much as you want to be upset about a situation like this, when approached (the staff) were extremely helpful and professional about their responses. You could tell they had a lot going on so the pros outweigh the cons. Overall a good experience. I only wish they would’ve kept the waiting customers informed as some were waiting to place orders for some time.
Rich the manager is very friendly, he took my order.To be honest the food was a lil dry and not hot. Atmosphere was awesome and relaxed, even though I was busy. We still had a great evening. I recommend this place because it was comfortable.
The employees here have no idea what they are doing. You know how most McDonald’s has two areas to order. There’s the left hand side and the right. I went in the right. Tell me why I sat there for 20 minutes watching 6 cars that were behind me get in the left hand lane and go past me to pay. I’m a patient person, but cmon. Don’t have two lanes open if you don’t have two people who know how to take orders. We’ve gone here for happy meals because you know…kids love happy meals. Every time they’ve forgotten the sauce. Idk about you but my kid will not eat nuggets without the sauce. If you go here you literally have to sit there and look in your bag in front of them to make sure you got your sauces and what you ordered. One time we went in to get the sauces (completely empty on the inside) and all the employees just ignored us. My bf went behind the counter and got them himself and literally not one employee batted an eye. I understand food service and customer service is challenging but they need better training and better leadership because the people running it have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and seem to care less.
As a door dasher we have a job to do, 5+ employees just standing around staring at you like idiots. Ask us the last three of the order give us a HONSET wait time, then go on with your day. Now I see why Karen’s and ken get so irritated because people wanna hire incompetent young people. Just do your job so we can do ours.
Food was good bruh no complaints. The inside looks good. I saw a homeless guy outside one day, but overall the food was great.
Can't go wrong with McDonald's for your quick meals. This location has drive thru and plenty of parking space. I suggest to order ahead of time and pick it up. :)
The employees were all great but the boss I had some serious problems with. I made a mobile order for a cheese burger large meal, fries and a drink along with 8 other cheese burgers for my family. I got there and showed the manager my mobile order, he had ZERO idea of what her was doing. He claimed to have looked up my mobile order and said it only said large fries. We went back and forth about it for a while until he finally asked me if my name was "Irene" I said no, not even close. He finally got around to taking my order in the store and kept claiming the machines were so slow and when I charged it to my card, he claimed my card was denied when the screen said "processing payment" He was continually pressing buttons and thumb printing. I got my order and was waiting for the large fries to still come out, he rudely asked me "why are you still here?" To which I responded, "waiting for my large fries." So I give this 2 stars for having a manager with poor skills and broken english.
Fast service, and the employees aren't as rude as the employees At other McDonald's locations, but apparently they do have issues with giving you the food you pay for with out hair in it! Got food tonight, and surprise surprise, my Mc chicken had hair in it, AGAIN!
The worker “Sunshine” was extremely rude, towrds me at the drive thru… she was using very terrible vocabulary towards me and when I had questioned her about what she said, the worker then said to me “I’m not talkin to you! I’m on the phone with somebody” And points at her AIRPOD… This is not the first time this “worker” was rude to me! There has been other altercations were she snatched my payment method when handed to her! I do not know why she is always in such a bad mood… you should never come into work with a bad attitude. whatever problems you have outside of work should stay there!
