Wanted to order online so I could just pick up when ready. But online ordering was unavailable.

They over charged my card by $45 and when I came back for a refund they refused to give me my money back I had to argue with two managers and they still would not give me a refund. They just said corporate would called me and never did. It’s so funny because when I first came in she was like oh you were the one from yesterday no I wasn’t so obviously they overcharge somebody else also. I ended up having to just dispute it with my bank and do a lot of paperwork. Customer service there is horrible and very rude nobody wants to help you. They said they couldn’t even see my transaction in the computer and that I used cash that day which I didn’t because it’s clearly on my bank statement. Do not trust your card at this store I ended up having to cancel my card just to be safe. It’s not worth the hassle.
This store is excellent. They cooked & made my orders exactly how i ordered them & the taste was delicious much much Better then the store on university in san bernardino. Service was excellent also
Usually pretty good, ordered pizza said 14 mins 27 mins later we get it? And how do you run out of wings? And then they put the pizza in the box sloppy. Go to pizza 101!!!
Even though there was a lot of people here tonight the workers was working as fast as they can
Ordered 5 pizzas two were completely covered with toppings and sauce.We choose LCP for a lower price not lower quality or effort
Pizza first time was DELICIOUS! The team work and good vibes in this Little Caesars is above and beyond. Awesome quality all the time. Thank you to not just pizza cooks, chefs in my book!
Pizza was really good but I ordered a combo and they did not gave me the order complete I was missing soda and marinara sauce
I must give props to the crew here as they are working hard to crank out the pizzas. The front counter staff are friendly and professional. Pleas cut them some slack when you visit.
