I ordered two pizzas and two orders of wings they told me it was going to be about 25 minutes I said ok that’s fine I walk out to my car sit around for about 20 minutes 30 minutes I come back in the girl who took my order looks at me doesn’t say anything I stand around for another 10 minutes she sees me again doesn’t say anything stand around for another 20 minutes sees me again doesn’t say anything it’s been about an hour at this point she doesn’t say anything people are walking in and out with their orders I finally go ask her hey I’m waiting on an order what’s going on she turns around she sees the boxes picks them up hands them to me says oh sorry they just finished em up, I saw those boxes sitting for 15 minutes like that’s not cool. I’m already mad my pizzas lukewarm this is no good
Not bad service. Seem to have pepperoni pizzas ready before hand but if you'd like one with more toppings it may take 20-30 minutes.

If I could give it zero stars I absolutely would. Ordered a three meat treat and an order of bread sticks. Waited over an hour and a half before cancelling. The "assistant manager" was completely rude to my wife so I called the store. He hung up on me twice and refused to give his name to me. All I wanted was a refund for an order that hadn't even been started yet. I called again and he lied and said he was the manager. Upon asking to speak to the actual manager he hung up yet again. Here we are four days later and the amount has still not been refunded. His attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As anyone higher in position than merely a crew member I expect exemplary customer service from you. And you did not deliver sir. Just for simply lying to me about your position as manager you should be terminated immediately and the position should go to someone who can actually handle a disgruntled customer appropriately. You aren't skilled enough to have ever gotten promoted. They scraped the bottom of the barrel when they gave you that title.
I placed an order or in the day to pick up my pizza at a certain time with a good 5-hour anticipation I get to pick up the pizza and then tell me it's not going to be ready for another 60 to 90 minutes. That's not why I put an order ahead of time
Dosen't follow store morales, third time this happensNever have crazy breadsticks or pizza ready.Waited 30 mins for breadsticks that should already be made and it take 10 mins not 30min. Smh!
Terrible customer service and don’t expect to get a pizza within any time frame the app says pizza will most likely take over 1 hour to get into the pizza portal.SUPER SLOW !!!
Honestly don't really like the pizza from this franchise but at this location it's actually decent and worth going to.
The last couple of times I order from here they tend to mess up the order. I choose a pick up time hours in advance & I still end up waiting an hour to get my pizza after being notified that it's ready. They mess up my order and expect me to wait another 40mins to fix it. This is the worst location.
Great Deep Dish pizza, however, their service on any order other than their original house pizza is very poor
