Good cheap place to get pizza, the workers are often times very nice and try their best to do the best work, definitely recommend
We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza with a side of Crazy Sauce online. We were emailed that it was ready and we promptly left to pick it up.When we arrived, we typed our numeric code into the Pizza Portal. It opened and, lo and behold, it was empty.We waited at the register for about 5 minutes for someone to come over. A dude came over and we explained the situation.He went to the back then came back and told us that we weren't in the system and that his coworkers hadn't seen our order either. He said maybe we came to the wrong location.I pulled up my email receipt and showed him. He told us they'd make our order and it would take about 5-10 minutes.It took 14 minutes.I wouldn't have left a bad review had there been some sort of apology or compensation, like a free side, for making us stand there for 14 minutes.I love Little Caesars, just not this location.
Way too much of a wait time.. Please order ahead. In a way I feel sorry for them, I was waiting for my order,while I saw two guys probably 5 minutes apart.They walked in, went right to the fridge and got a couple sodas and left like nothing. Never saw them paid for any. Love have mercy on us.
Ordered 1 hr ago. (Anyone at this place needs to leave and go to the foothill Citrus location by the B OF A no line 20 minutes to get your pizza ) And waited for my Portal to update. It's amazing that this place is open. Should have read the reviews prior to showing up. To the owner this store will be your downfall and you're the reason it is failing you should have been in their tonight fielding these orders. Unfortunately owners like yourself don't take heed in the warnings we "Customers" give to you. This review should open your eyes.
To be honest to this day, it has become a joke ordering on weekends, all employees of this generation taking their sweet time with orders, probably making a tiktok, or live on Instagram. They can't even fulfill the Pizza Portal for app or online orders. By the way the pizzas back up so they have them sitting on the counter getting cold. Don't bother going there not worth it, until mangers get it in gear and run it like they should!
So I waited in line to order my pizza and when it was my turn to order the cashier was very rude which I don’t know why that was because she was nice to the male customer ahead of me, and when I ordered my pizza she said the price but I didn’t hear so I said sorry how much was it again and in a rude way she said the price and I paid her and she didn’t hand slide the pizza nicely on the counter instead she just threw it on there and on top of that she didn’t give me my change , and as I went outside there was two females out side and as I talked to my brother on how rude the cashier was one of the girl standing outside decided to join me and my brothers conversation and she was like she was rude to you to and I said yes and I don’t know why, and I told her about how she was only nice to the male customers and the girl I was talking to said the same thing and that’s when the other girl joined the conversation and also said she noticed that to and I told them that she didn’t even give me my change and just slammed the the cash register and threw the pizza on the counter and the other two girls told me that they had the same experience, this is the last time I’m coming
Honestly, best value pizza around. I would recommend that you order through the app to pick up because there aren't always pizzas ready to go
I have seven kids that always beg for pizza so the night I dont want to make dinner that will satisfy all 9 of us 3pepp 2cheese pizzas, 2butterygarlic 2ranch does the trick THANK YOU FOR A FULL BELLY
Very bad experience at this restaurant the cashiers are rude very rude they trow the food on me and the salsas ,and to other costumers too i do delivers fir door dash , and they never have the food on time for the delivery folks and when u ask they answer you basically saying tell the costumer to buy from somewhere else because they cant handle wow ? how rude they need nicer employees how can treat people right .
Picked up a deep dish pepperoni. It was dry and seemed like it was made the day before. The pizza is usually better from this particular location.
