Wouldn't even rate this place it doesn't deserve any stars. Took family there for Father's day and this was on a Friday as we were walking through the door already given us a attitude sat us down no water came back and asked us what kind of drinks we wanted to waited about 30 minutes to do that mind you had reserved a head of time the place was not even full .the she comes back and everything we wanted to order they were out of or didn't have then why was it on menus then.took forever to bring drinks didn't have a lot of the sodas where out of them to.didn't even bring a high chair to the table my pregnant Daughter had to get her own. We all left paid for some of the drinks which were 2 in total couldn't even bring a cup with ice .used to love that place not anymore will not be going back there. Lost business for a lifetime. When your paying almost 30.00 a plate deserve better treatment then that.They need better customer service. And people skills. It all ended well in the end went to a better restaurant and was treated good husband was happy and that is all that matters.
I had to share my first time experience here. I ordered a mango margarita. It was pretty good but it was missing the alcohol. The lady that made it asked me if I like it because it was the first time she ever made it. Go figure… I order a carne asada burrito with beans and rice on the side. I took a bite and immediately was discussed the beans taste as if they were really stale and old. The little small pieces of meat did not look like asada meat they were really pale in color not consistent with the photos they have posted. Furthermore it had so much beans and rice in the burrito you might as well call it a bean and rice burrito in which I clearly did not order. I thaught this place was going to be my go to place but I should of read the reviews. I won’t be going back. I left without tipping

Been here 3 times in a month,. Most recent visit was disappointing and interesting. Usually order pozole, this time it was served without the usual sides e.g. cabbage, onions, oregano lemon, tortillas or tostadas. This time the waitress served pozole with onions and lemon, that’s all! Was it because I'm not a Latina? Is this discrimination?Had to ask for salsa, cabbage and what is the usual service for a Mexican/Latino! Very poor!Being a native Californian, I grew up with Mexican food, and Mexicans and was never treated this badly before coming to the IE!
The posole was flavorless and the pork was not tender, I had to cut it with a knife and fork. I also got some Chile verde which was small chunks of meat (also not tender) and wasn’t spicy at all.

The cups were dirty and they looked like they was chewed on and played with, absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't let my 4 year old take a sip. The rigged edges on the cup were so sharp it was horrible to take a sip from. There were so many crumbs all over the place from where we were walking and sitting on. I had ordered fish and there was only ONE piece of lettuce!!! Like hello !!!! I love my lettuce and they only gave me one?????? Excuse me !! And the lettuce tasted like toilet water. Horrible !! In the kitchen, there was nyquil bottles. NYGUIL BOTTLES !!! They for sure put them in our drinks because when we got home, we were so tired and exhausted and passed out right when we hit the bed !! The workers were standing and talking in a circle while there were people waiting to be served !! We waited for so long for our food to arrive. My sister had gotten the pasta and the shrimp was raw !!! RAW people, she had gotten food poisoning the next day. And one of the workers were flirting with my dad !!! MY FATHER !!!! He is happily married to my step mother, I couldn't believe my eyes. He had told her many times to stop and she wouldn't !! I pulled her aside and asked her why she would do this and she said she wanted a tip!! Like what????
Fried tilapia was bigger than expected. The waitress was super friendly, attentive, and helpful.
Worker was seen beating a injured stray dog in a cone with a wooden board. Don't support this horrid place.
