i usually do not review but i had to leave one on this place because the service was AMAZING. it was my first time here and was not disappointed. the cashier helped me and my sister chose the drink that we were craving and took the time to help us figure something out. she truly went above and beyond. when i got the order it was exactly how i wanted it to be it was PERFECT. only thing i regret is not getting a large ?. the coffee is very high quality and u can tell they put a lot of love into the drinks. very clean establishment and not very packed ( went around 3pm on a monday). so glad i found this place because it’s my favorite spot. 1000x better than starbucks and around the same price. this place deserves all the success coming it’s way. again thanks to all the workers there for being so nice, patient, and promptly serving us the drinks.here’s my order if ur wondering:•••small iced hazelnut latte with half and half and simple syrup•••it taste sweet and milky but not overpowering u could still taste the beans of the coffee
Love this family owned business. I ordered the Creme Brulee with the almond cashew milk and the Vanilla Bean. Good coffee and great customer service. I look forward to trying different drinks on the menu :D wish there was a location in San Bernadino ?
Finally. Some competition for Starbucks. I hope they expand. My only gripe is it took about 25 minutes to get the drive thru with 7 cars ahead of me. Thankfully, I wasn't in a hurry...but good coffee.
So far the best customer service from all coffee shops I been too. The staff always does a great job. Definitely exceeds expectations. This is the best coffee you will ever taste.
Some of the friendliest service I've experienced at any drive through coffee joint. The food was so far above other comparables places it wasn't even close. The chipotle grilled cheese had actual chipotle chunks and it wasn't just chipotle mayo, the klatch Cristo was impressively delicious and the addition of syrup was clutch. The espresso tonic was divine with the hint of mint and the hazelnut latte had a rich flavour to it. Definitely worth going out of your way to get food and drinks here.

Klatch was good when first opened. We were happy to have a good coffee so close to home... But drinks started tasting different from time to time. My girl and I had tasted sourness in our drinks. Then I had gotten sick a couple times. Like minutes after drinking . We had both experienced bad gas from this place. So, now we boycott. We have come up with a few thoughts as to why... No food handling experience. They do not check expiration dates. They can't smell. Or they are vindictive as Dem smelly hippies can get... I might have called one of Dem a dude who wasnt...
You can taste the espresso in their iced drinks here, and it has good flavour. Be warned that right now you can't order inside, it's drive-thru or mobile order only
I really don't want to share one of my newly discovered secrets as it's not near as busy as the most well known chain I was originally driving to, and had been previously for months before trying this place. The service, atmosphere, staff - all combined with very flavorful coffee are just amazing! It's my new go to - to break away from the (you know the one) corporation on almost every corner
Five stars for klatch, it should be four, that trip was like the second time I've ever had klatch mess up a shot of espresso. Out of like probably over 500 trips to klatch. The first time they messed one up for me in the San dimas location they like knew they messed up somehow and gave me a second one for free before I even tried the drink. I have really redonkulously high standards for coffee shots so it might have been considered too long of a shot but it was still pretty dang good. Maybe some one was still learning, idk if it wasn't a drive through I feel like they would have remade it. still five stars though because the other two drinks they made my friends were perfect and that was their first klatch experience so you guys nailed it!
