Ordered a bucket of chicken in the drive thru and was very clear that I wanted white meat. Was assured that I could order either legs and thighs or a mix of white and dark meat. I chose the mixed bucket. I got it home and it’s only dark meat. Why does KFC think that people don’t want white meat? This is not the first time this has happened but it definitely will be the last. You lost my business!
1 star is way to high for this place. Went in there on 1/19/22 at 515pm and sat at the counter for 10 minutes while each of the 4 employees walked right by me and looked at me as if I was an alien. After 10 min I finally asked if anyone was going to acknowledge their customer. Their response was “we have a lot of cars in the drive thru.” Worst service ever and I’d highly recommend Popeyes instead just north of the 210 fwy. This place should be embarrassed of their staff.
This used to be my go to place for lunch and dinner all the time as I work on the road locally..then they made this new girl with tattoos on her face manager and she is as rude as can be..literally made that whole place ruined for me..customer service is horrible since she's been there..I'll never go back..I'd rather eat gas station chicken before I go back!! Even the employees that have been there for a long time have even said they don't like her which confirms my review of this place..I highly do not recommend going here..if I do go and she's there I literally walk back out..
This used to be an Ok place to go to. Recently they have gotten my order wrong on three different occasions. Young kids working there might be the issue although it could be management. Every once in awhile they are out of chicken or other items during early evening hours.
The absolute worst kfc ive ever been too staff are rude and abrupt.seems like they dont want customers the way they treat them.the manager needs to get a different job! Food was terrible too very overcooked
The last few times that I have eaten from this place I haven't been happy with the food. The chicken tastes dry and not fresh like it had been sitting out hours. This has happened two other times and will not go back to this restaurant again. Not enjoyingit and so it's time to move on.
Another "short staffed" location. Dining room closed, drive thru only taking one order at a time and then you wait for them to complete the order and the car leaves. Then when we ordered, they closed in an hour so they didn't want to make any more chicken and wouldn't fill our order for the meal. Only 8 pieces per person. We waited almost 15 min. In line to find out that a chicken restaurant doesn't want to make chicken.
I just really want to know if the employees at kfc would eat this or feed this to there family. Huge puddle of nasty grease.
You can tell how good a place is by the way they treat their trainees on a busy evening. When I came to the property, I expected it to be a decent way and a long drive-thru. I guess I was lucky that I got there before the rush LOL. I got into the drive-thru and one of their trainees were working on the mic. He was very kind and respectful, and took my order and had me at the next window in seconds. The trainer there was awesome as well, as they took my requests and made sure my order was how I asked before sending me on my way. Would definitely go here again
I tried to order a 12 piece meal and they only could provide a 8 piece leg and thigh. Also they stopped serving tender strips with 30 minutes until closing time.
