Now I change my mind, the service in the drive true is terrible is the 4th time I'm order something but when open the box is different order, last Sunday around 7pm order again, in the window ask the African American guy to confirm, he just open the box and confirm my order is correct. But surprise in the house open and was other order!!! They don't care, chi Ken taste terrible, so was the last time visit this place!!!!

Worst valentine's Dinner ever! And you can't turn around and say buy cheap and thats what you get? 12 pieces of chicken the meal. The chicken was dry and over cooked! Never have I experienced such bad over cooked chicken. Never again
I asked for original and they gave me crispy to dry I live too far to go back I tried the crispy did not like it

I went to KFC to get some traditional chicken. You know the KFC Signature traditional recipe. Yeah, the crunchy, soft, and tender one. But before I ordered I saw the Nashville Hot tenders on the menu. I was like wait a minute I like spicy Hot Food. I want to try this Nashville tenders, so I ordered me some. I can tell you that KFC made the effort to deliver a soft, juicy, and flavorful spicy chicken tender. If you like spicy try the Nashville Hot tenders for the right amount of hotness and flavor. Don't forget your pink lemonade and Fries. Yummy ! enjoy:-)
The chicken is a disaster. Biscuits are rocks and fries are sticks. Very dissatisfied with my order. Everyone working at this location needs to be trained extensively. They really served me JUNK..... Doesn't really matter how nice the cashier is especially when the quality of food is terrible. On top of that they don't care much to correct your order. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves.
They lied about my pick up time on my order. By the time it was suppose to be ready the workers ignored me and had me waiting for 20 min before anyone talked to me. Then they finally said they will start working on the order. What's the point of online order or quick pick up if they don't even have the orders ready. Then to top it off they missed two things on the order that they charged for. The the icing on the cake when you call the number to speak with them they never answer the phone such great service
This restaurant is a horrible place. It’s dirty and nasty. Bathrooms are filthy. Managements are horrible customer service. I would never bring my family to this place.
They gave me wings that looked like they were three days old? it was really nasty.. could not eat them. The manager finally made it right. Next time gave me two good wings and another awful one again. Come on kfc. You need to do better and care about your customers. B4 we are going some place else!
