I am really disappointed at the service today. I placed an online order showed up 30 minutes later and still wasn't ready. Waited for another 15 minutes outside to get my order and I had to bag my own food, get my napkins and grab my own cup. I asked for it to be cut in half and they didn't do it. Those two girls working today 3/1/2022 at 1pm gave bad service. I will start driving 3 extra miles to Rancho Cucamonga now.
I would like to shout out the male employee on duty by himself at 2:20pm on 1/22/22. I noticed he was very clean and sanitized and changed gloves in between working the cash register and making the food. I’m so thankful. I’ve been other places and find myself having to ask the cashier to change their gloves after touching cards and money and then take the same gloves and make the food??. Thank you guys for training your staff to be clean. Also my sandwich was goooooooooooodddd ? I had the tuna club. He was here by himself and was getting the job done. Very good please reward him Jimmy Johns ?
Terrible management. I witness a manager trying to prevent a delivery driver from making money delivering. Unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a jimmy johns store
Excellent food and service.Great atmosphere!!I had to go but wanted to stayThank you gentlemen for you were all very kind and professional.I have to say I also love all the distracting signs that are warm hearted and uplifting all around the restaurant. I went there on Monday (My first time there), ordered the tuna sandwich and ordered it in person. It was sooo good. Two days later, I called it in, paid for it over the phone. A couple hours later, I was about to eat the sandwich and it was turkey. Fortunately, my husband wanted it and I decided to let the wrong order go. I went online to order a couple of sandwiches for delivery. About 30 min later, someone from Jimmy Johns called and said there is no in house driver available and the owner didn't deal with third party delivery. I left my name and number for him to call me back. No response. Today is Friday, I called the store spoke with a manager to make sure my delivery order wasn't going to be charged on my credit card. Owner still hasn't acknowledged my return call.

For the price of these sandwiches, you'd think the customer service would be better; or at a minimum get your order right! I won't be back, I can make the same thing at home and be happy
Had to keep going back in 3 times because all the items I ordered online we're not in the back, and each time I went back the girl still didn't out everything on the receipt in the bag. Got to work and realized she didn't give me the pickle either!
Ordered a sub & got a sandwich I could’ve made at home... for about $8 I could’ve made like 6 of these sandwiches at home. So apparently ordering the wheat bread turns your order into a slice bread sandwich not a sub. It would’ve been nice to know that when I was ordering. Also for some reason my sandwich tasted like there were pickles in - like there was something with a strong vinegar smell - yet I didn’t order anything that would’ve smelt like that. Will not be returning.
