You lost an almost-customer, Mike, due to the pressure game to pay a "tip" in your online order form. Why force the customer into that position? I've had ZERO contact with the person I presumably am giving money to. I have ZERO basis upon which to decide how much, if any, "tip" to give him or her. So what you're really saying is, "we don't pay our staff enough to make it worthwhile to work here, so pay some extra money now, otherwise you're a cheapskate." And if I don't pay a tip, then what? Staff will be angry and intentionally mess up my meal? Rude and obnoxious game, that I won't play.
Good sandwiches. Don't get the gluten free bread unless it is the difference between life or death. The price of meat is going up so it's obvious why the sandwiches are pretty expensive. Good quality though. I used the curb side pick up and had to walk in after waiting a several minutes. Beats subway though for sure.
Best customer service. The staff at this Jersey Mike's goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Love this location.

I've been coming here for about a year, I order through the app and it's always done on time and prepared correctly. Way better than having lettuce in between bland bread the way subway does it.
So they close at 9:00 p.m. I went in at 8:33 p.m. . They were already mopping the floor. Not so bad until you see that everything is being cleaned even the grill. After being told that the first two subs I wanted I could not get because they were cleaning, I left.If they wanted to close at 8:30, then fine.Hard for me to give a bad review, yet after driving across town to get there and having positive results at other ones, I guess my hopes were to still find them open a half hour before they were supposed to close.

I haven't been to Jersey Mike's in a long time. Today I tried the Philly cheese steak sandwich it was very good. They were friendly and service was fast. Just a little pricey, but overall I was happy I chose to go there.
