the service is bad with Michelle manager the laugh on there phone. the English is really bad, the training for customer severice is horrible, you can tell the employees do not want to be there, they dont get your order right, you have to come back to get you order, you ask can you give you another order because the original order was cold. and they say no,
Worst food and worst customer serviceTook for ever to get my order and when I got it it was old food and nasty . Team leader was not able to fix my order because she was too busy on her phone . I will not be giving my business to this restaurant. Awful!
They dont know what fast means and food isnt the word i would use to describe what comes out of thier kitchen. Drive thru mean they tell you to park and forget about your order.
Came through the drive through between 10-11 pm on Monday night and I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes before getting my food. When I pulled up to the window I seen my 2 large oreo shakes melting on the counter....the lady tried to hand them to me like that with the whip cream melting and shakes melted, so I asked her to please remake them....what does she do...?? SHE JUST PUT FRESH WHIP CREAM ON TOP OF THE MELTED WHIP CREAM. At that point I was just glad to be getting out of the line so then I got my food. I ordered a spicy chicken meal which for 11 dollars....I expect a fresh meal...nope the chicken tasted like it had been in a warmer for hours. This place was not worth the wait in the drive thru. Not even worth complaining. I don't want a reason to go back.
I always wait in this line for so long, tonight I got the 4pc chicken strips and one of them wasn’t cooked all the way and I was just like, I just paid 7 dollars for uncooked food and o had to wait 30 mins… it sucks, I had to spit it out and everything.
Saturday May 7, 2022 aprox. 5:15amDrive thru. Ordered a jr jumbo WITH cheese. I'm glad I parked nearby to eat because it didn't have any cheese! Went back to the drive thru. Told the lady working, who looked like a manager, that it was missing the cheese. When the young man from the grill brought the new burger up to the window (in a new bag) I asked him for napkins cuz I saw he didn't put any inside the bag. I even mimed a napkin wiping my mouth, he says oh, ok, hold on; sets the bag down and goes to the back. The lady comes up to the window to ask what I needed and I said, "I just needed some napkins."The manager lady says to me, "Well excuse me, he doesn't speak your language."No. Excuse ME. MY LANGUAGE IS THE LANGUAGE OF THE COUNTRY THAT KID LIVES IN.SO EXCUSE ME FOR ASSUMING YOU HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW ENOUGH ENGLISH TO DO THEIR JOB!Maybe that's why he couldn't read that my burger came with cheese.....
They are super slow I can never get my food and they always get something in my order wrong.
This Jack in the box is trash!! I made a simple online order of tacos, mini tacos, and two jr jacks with cheese, when I got my order it was missing the tacos so I drove back to get them, then when I was at home eating, I take a bite of my burger and BOTH burgers are missing the PATTYS!! How do you forget to add the main ingredient of a burger?? Everytime I go to this Jack in the box my order gets messed up in some way or form but this is a new low.
Fast drive thru. Food was great. You can tell they have pride in their food. Lots of crisp lettuce on the chicken sandwich and the tacos were fresh.
I loved yesenia she was very quick in the drive through and was so sweet even thoe you can’t see her smile I could see it through her mask ?
