Charged me for something I didn't order and when I tried to fix it then didn't have what I wanted offered me something else and I didn't want anything else but pressed me into getting something else. My original order was 5 more dollars than what it would have been with what I received and they weouldnt refun me this is horrible never had suck bad experience at Jack in the box.

Had to wait in a long line after not being able to order cause they were only accepting cash…Who carries cash anymore and maybe post a sign before people enter your drive through.Such a waste of time.

Ordered the double sourdough patty melt combo. Because I wanted only ice in the cup the lady changed my order to the single patty melt. If wanted1 tiny patty I would ordered it but I didn't and without telling me she changed my order. I'll never go there again if that's how their customer service is.

The restaurants cool. But a little disappointed that I was there stopping by on a trip. It was frustrating to see that the restroom didn't have a changing table. I had to change my baby back in the car so I ended up leaving and not purchasing my meal there.

AWESOME! Online/app order (which,...if you've not yet downloaded & utilized the app... YOU ARE missing out. Ultimate Cheeseburger $3, & Medium Curly Fries FREE = $3 + tax for a VERY FULFILLING, DELICIOUS lunch!...but, I digress.. ), 1at time I've been to this particular location & was VERY PLEASE & IMPRESSED. FAST service, food was HOT, FRESH & when I asked for "a few Ranch dips... because, Jack has THE BEST Ranch dips among fast food chains, IMHO), they DID NOT HOLD BACK....(too often my request for "a FEW" results in all of 2... Or, "a COUPLE", as opposed to "a FEW" which, at least to my understanding of the term indicates GREATER/ than/NORTH of 2/"a couple"... anyway), they gave me 3 or 4, which is PERFECT & PRECISELY what I had requested.. & hoped for ???. The young gal (very kind, gracious, young Latina) at the window greeted us with a welcoming smile, was courteous, professional, accommodating & (again) NAILED IT on the Ranch, lol! Thank you for that! Like I said, my 1st visit to this location, but such tremendous service is NEVER lost on me, so WON'T be my last visit! Thanks for the EXCELLENT, FOOD, SERVICE & RANCH, TEAM!

I love this jacks its my last stop on the way to an off road adventure. They are fast and friendly

I love jack in the box,, but in this particular location I'm tired of them being so cheap on the ?? is ridiculous, lately employees are in a bad mood, the hamburgers ? are dry the patties are definitely not fresh it feels like they warming them up in the microwave.. they need to update their skills...

The food was hot and relatively fast. It was a clean store with clean restrooms. I would refer it to a friend or aquaintance.

I promised myself I would never come back to this jack in the box but here I was again. They forgot my fries luckily I was able to notice before I drove off and because of that once I got home I noticed my missing chicken nuggets. I wasn't going to head back so I called them a couple of times but no answer (not surprised) . I then proceeded to open my Sourdough jack and this is what I find, pure disappointment. The meat was warm the cheese was cold and the bread wasn't even toasted. I had to cook both mine and my daughters patties and toast the bread at home because Jack in the box failed once more. Please check your food before you leave. Even if there's a line behind you. Take your time to check. Or better yet don't go. Wendy's is way better anyways.
