I could take or leave Jack in the Box but this one exceeded expectations. The workers were kind and took great care to give us an amazing lunch. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere!
We have a child that works here. We went today and got the family lunch. We did not get all of the food we paid for at the drive-tru. When our son went for his shift later today and said something they did not believe him. We won't be spending money here again. Check your bags before you leave!
Haven't had a bad experience at this location, Lines are never long here due to quick to workers providing quick and effective service.
The service took too long, the staff was very rude, and when it was all done, our food order was wrong.
Not a good experience today. Went inside to eat, waited over 15 min to get our food after we ordered. Most of the food was cold/warm & the fries were only about 1/2 the size as normally. Employee was nice & the homestyle chicken was very good. But for the price, there was no value.
Still has great jumbo jack but where is Rodney
On the freeway and decided to stop here, I only ordered the side salad and a drink. The manager took my order and I was impressed with the professionalism. I would definitely stop by there again, this is by far the Best customer service I've had in a very long time.
