HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Ordered egg rolls and fries and received a box mixed with curly fries and regular...no egg rolls!!! Called the store and they knew exactly what was wrong with the order before I said something. They claimed they would take my name down and I could come get it replaced. Went today to replace it and spoke with Jose who was very rude, didnt even look for my name and told me that they werent replacing anything. Called later to speak with manager and Jose answered and hung up on me. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!

Horrible manager two bad experiences this week!- I’m a weekly customer at this location for the past few years and the ladies who work during the day are always nice, however one day this week they were out of apple juice and wanted to sub OJ in our kids meals at $3 extra each. When we said we didn’t want that when they were the ones out of the product the manager flung our change back at us.I went again 2 days ago and realized that my debit card is missing. I’ve been calling and calling no one answers, the door is closed so I went through the drive thru, when I got to the window the manager was so rude and said right away no we don’t have it, I persisted so he would go look and they DID have my card! instead of apologizing he said in Spanish ‘solo para eso vino?’ Upset that I had come ‘just’ for my debit card when it’s the week before Christmas …This is the 3rd time I don’t get my card back at this location but never had this hassle to get it back
manager seems rude, he was yelling at his workers while i was at the window. its 3am like cmon

So I order from door dash and the dasher gives me someone else's order and I try to call they never answer and I try to get my order redelivered but they canceled it yeah great customer service
