Went through druve thru, Fries were cold, the coke had no syrup or sugar, the jalapeño poppers were old as if the just through them back in the fryer to try and reheat them. They were all dried out and tasted horrible. Weren't even warm
It's hack, what can I say. It's consistently good and they stay true to their taste!

Worst jack in the box I've ever been too. Went with 3 other people and none of our food was good. Cheese wasn't melted. Bacon was cold and gross. Fries was cold and chalk like. But the worst was the tacos. I swear they looked like they were 2 days old. Tacos were also cold and 99.9% filled with lettuce.Edit: I don't appreciate the owners response to this experience. I just read a lot of the reviews that go back years. Clearly your not fixing the issues with your business. It shouldn't take years to correct this.
Have always gone here for lunch, work nights down the street, came in early for work today thought I’d stop by get my usual “SpicyDeluxe” chicken sandwich. Was just finishing up and it came apart, started to pull lettuce to put back in place and it’s all brown, like not fresh at all, sad case of preparation, it falls on the workers. You should be more careful when putting sandwiches together and check all ingredients before you place them in the sandwich. Last time I ever come here.

Service was horribly through the drive through, wasn't given correct change back, almost as if simple math was challenging, also was given no receipt. Tgis Jack in the box is not recommended
I was over there today at 5:50 in the afternoon and these scumbags had the door lock with a note stating what hours are they open couldn't walk in to buy food and take it out
Place is never open today 10/27 3pm drive thru is closed got off cause I really wanted jack and all doors locked where is management I don’t understand.
