I really do try to be understanding but this has happened way too many times. The drive through will take FOREVER. But I’m like okay when I get to the front my food will be fresh and hot! NOOO. Two times now I get my food and its cold. I wait like 15 minutes for cold food.. I also have ordered the popcorn chicken and get barely any chicken in the box… I go home to reheat smh.. please get it together..
Cold a d missing the sausage , the coffee is tasteless and cold .Very disappointed. I ways get McDonald's and I'll keep going there .Train your workers.
I've ordered two sets of jalapeno poppers that's 14 piece's and one of the jalapeno poppers were bitten by the employees that work there I don't appreciate the service I've had gotten.... COVID
Why do people order a huge list on the drive thru it's a drive thru not a dam park and wait if you're gonna order all that food just get down
This restaurant staff is awesome specially that stuff works at 4 PM I went there because I was doing DoorDash I got my order and accidentally I drop the shake I got from them but they were so nice well behaved they help me again and quickly make again this staff at 4 PM is so well behaved so nice and they working so hard and as quick as they can especially works on counter thank you so much guys keep it up you are doing great
The service was fast at 6pm and the food, sourdough Jack was great. The price is a little high like at Chilis or Applebee's. I will stop there again when I am hungry and in the area.
This is the only fast food place that understands what “WELL DONE” means . There doing a great job and the cook is doing a even better job because now a days majority of the fast food places can care less if the food is even cooked. And also they are very friendly and fast never have to wait long. Morning shift is killing it . Keep up the good work ?

Hours show they close at midnight, but there are always cones blocking the drive thru line so we can't get through, for times that we can go the service takes way too long even if there isn't a big line
