It's common sense to update your hours isn't it?I came for a meal after a long day at work and they were closed contrary to their open 24 hour posting.Maybe they were doing a shift change but i gestured to the employees inside.Even made eye contact and was ignored.Very rude customer service overall and irresponsible branch manager.
Been to this jack in the box quite a bit always have a issue where items are missing or have been overcharged
I love everything about this place. Employees are polite and just now when I was waiting for my order a random man started bothering me asking me questions that were none of his business. A server noticed and quickly got me my order so I could get out of there away from the man. I wish I'd gotten her name, but props to her for taking notice and intervening, as I'm a 20 year old female woman on my own with no car and walks or takes the bus, and these types encounters are always unnerving. Thanks to her this one got cut short and I was safely on my way. ?
I ordered ham and cheese and bacon croissant minus the ham with extra bacon which is 60 cent more for all bacon and the cheese was not melted at all now if you going to pay almost $5 for a sandwich as shouldn't cheese be melted?
Never give condiments, even after you have asked several times. Make sure to check your order they ALWAYS mess up orders here.
It's open 24 hours and at 4 in the morning they are nice and their food is good

I’m never the type to write reviews but I am disgusted. I had ordered an ice coffee from here and there was a dead cockroach in it. ? There’s no point in calling them to get an apology or get compensated for a “free meal” because why would I ever want to eat from there after finding that dead roach. Also I would much rather leave the comment here that way people know how clearly unhygienic this place is.
Worst customer service ever ..rude, uncaring, literally asked me to pull around like it was going to be a minute ..ok ..no problem..but came out and not even looking . Shoved bag my direction..it ripped as she swung it and almost fell..no oops, sorry, have a nice day, ..nothing.Then the stuffed jalapeños..well 2 of 7 were hollow ..no cheese ..burger was not right ..one skinny piece of bacon ..not good or right at all
Very bad service. And very careless with the food ... I got 5 combos and all the burgers were thrown in the boxes .. one of the sandwiches didn't even have a bottom bun it was a top bun with meat cheese and lettuce wraped in a paper
