I haven’t been to ihop Since before the pandemic hit and when I say that the service was very lacking it wasn’t Because it was understaffed I had several waiters and waitresses come to my table yet no one could communicate my order, the original waiter we had didn’t come by until 15 mins after we sat down no silverware was given, he took our order then went off to talk to another staff member only to return and ask what we had ordered because he forgot. I had had enough of waiting so we got up and walked to the cashier to receive my bill where I was then explained to that I had ordered off the breakfast menu for a lunch item so our bill was higher as it didn’t fall into the “special” category mind you it is 12pm at this point . Had I have known that I would’ve have ordered. There’s no communication nor is there any feel of we want you to eat here. Very disappointed because I remember always choosing ihop over any other breakfast spot I seriously doubt we’ll be back. I work in the service industry and I know it’s tough but get it together.

This is a really good IHOP maybe the best 1 in San Bernardino Region but I'm not gona lie about Mondays, Tuesdays are probably the worst days to go servers for those days have little experience in customer services obviously the food has been sitting at the window for to long because by the time it gets to me its barely warm when it should be hot
Food was bland.coffee was cold an it was in a thermos! Almost entire restaurant was empty so many tables avail. But they chose to seat us by the work station an kitchen! An the omelette had a weird smell!
Food was gross and very expensive employees were so rude it was the one by the swap meet in Fontana I think worst experience

I don’t even know where to start, when it comes to my food, it was so upsetting, I couldn’t even finish it. I ordered a build your own omelette. They got my order wrong two times and it is not the first time I come here and they get my order wrong. They have 4 cooks in the kitchen, I don’t understand where is the problem?….Either the waitress didn’t write my order right or the cooks don’t follow instructions. I’m so upset I couldn’t even look at them. My husband had to do all the talking because I didn’t want to come out rude. I do not recommend this location.
Good food quick service, and parking was a hassle do that it shares with other businesses close by.
