When you walk in to this store, you see clean tables and floors. Took our order quickly and service was also fast on food to our table.
Food was not greasy like it usually is however I found hair in my food will post pictures below and it's not mine, now I had ordered the combo so it came with the side of your choice and the drink I had order a pink lemonade but wasn't notified until I got to the window that they didn't have. I went thru the drive thru.
Burgers are great. The salads used to be pretty good good but now.... They are horrible. The chicken was so chewy. It felt raw. I was so sick from eating it.
Great food although they always seem to be very busy, but worth the wait.
The food is always tasty but the staff is to busy to really give good customer service like other locations. Ignored rushed is my thoughts when driving by here
So I ordered the sourdough chicken avocado sandwich. When I got my order, it tasted funny and the chicken looked like it was boiled instead of it being grilled. I returned the sandwiches and the manager explained that the chicken is grilled in a special machine ? I told him that it had no flavor and it doesn't look appetizing! If it isn't broken, don't fix it!
Have gotten the breakfast burrito 3 times made incorrectly. No salsa is apparently to hard to not put in.Check your bag!!! Update just went again to give them another shot. Ordered no burrito this time, got a burger and fries combo, pancakes and and omelet. Didn't get fries but got a burrito with chili. I can't no more.
Usually the food here is pretty good, but sadly today we never tried it. The service was so bad we walked out. We step up to the counter, everyone is busy, the cashier runs out to give some people their salads, we wait, no problem, she comes back and a cook from the back calls her over and they start to chit chat about personal things, even though they both saw us. It was very disappointing. This happened about 10:30 am this morning. The manager is no where in site, or you know that this wouldn't happen. Most of the employees were very busy, but not even getting an acknowledgement after standing there for approximately 6 minutes while the employee that should be helping us is having a personal conversation is unacceptable.
Today the service in that store was horrible.First the drivethru waitting time for 3 in cars front of me.Then the cashier gave me only the salad when I paid for a combo. I asked him for the rest of the items.At home, I found out that they gave me a diferent salad that I asked for. The one with bacon. I don't like bacon.So, I went back and the front door was locked with a hand made sign: ONLY DRIVETHRU. Nah ah!I refused to spend another 30 minutes waitting for something they did wrong.I knocked the door with the ticket on my hand until they opened it.I explained the situation and they changed the salad easily. Good!I came back home and I discovered a pinch of BACON UNDER THE CHICKEN!!! The southwest chicken salad is not with bacon!!!I always buy that salad because it has not bacon. I don't like bacon!!!I had no choice but to try to remove the bacon bits :'(Cero stars.
Food was delicious as always. Tables needed cleaned and trash in bathroom as well. I want to point out they are short handed and the staff working are doing an incredible job. They are multitasking and never stopping for a moment.
