I don’t know why I bother coming back to this place. The service, speed and accuracy are consistently terrible. Not subpar, not mediocre, but terrible. Five employees hanging out around the drive thru window and it still took minutes to address me. They tell me that they’re out of salsa, but they have some dressing in the bag. Not only did they not put dressing in my bag, but they got my order wrong. I give up. I won’t be coming back to this place.
Didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt, he just threw it away. Then when I said I wanted it he said he'd have to get the manager. It was during a rush, so of course I didn't wait. Just annoyed since I use the app.This location is right off the freeway, the food is delicious, and I got all the extra green salsa I need. So close to a 5⭐
I love the nachos. Great flavor. On the $5 menu but plenty to eat and comes with a drink. They were delicious and the employees friendly
Customer service was not the best, took at least 5-10 minutes for order to be taken. Granted they were busy but it would’ve been nice to at least say “I’ll be right with you” the few times I was seen standing at the register by the shift manager and cashier. Young lady that finally took my order had no customer service skills, no smile or possibly not in the mood to be at work and could barely hear what she was saying. Little bit of a wait for food but overall good food. Other customers were having issues with the same cashier over charging and/or wait times.
This location has gone down hill over the past few years. It used to be quick and accurate. Now you get the slowest service possible and hope your order is right when you get home. You might as well drive 3 miles to the location in Renaissance Center in Rialto, you will still get there and back home faster then sitting in line here. This is just poor management. I gave the second star because they are friendly otherwise 1 star it would have been. Please evaluate your staff and provide training if somone that cares happens to read this. It's not that your employees dont want to work you just haven't shown them how to be efficient.
This location is always under staffed. For how busy it is. The employees try their best to keep up with orders. Foods great.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. We ordered our food online for pick up. When we got home we noticed that the salsas that we ordered were missing. The chicken avocado bowls were missing sour cream. And our chicken avocado burritos were really flat (we've had them before at other locations and they have never been so empty) and pretty much cold. My burrito had a weird, fishy taste and there was a whole, big bone in it. Luckily it wasn't given to one of our kids because they could have definitely choked on the bone. I was pretty grossed out by the taste and didn't finish it. My husband also started feeling sick a few hours later after eating the burrito. This was our first time ordering from this location and it was a major disappointment. Definitely not worth over 40 dollars that we spent on our food.
This place is horrible, I ordered trough Drive T, I waited 30 minutes to get my food, employees just standing not commuting why my food was taking sooo long? I had to knock the window to ask why? they have a horrible customer service, cold food, employees touching their body parts and touch the food, they don't even wash their hands. Every time we go there is the same thing. I won't never come back again!!
Understaffed, not the employees fault. Good food always, rude impatient customers, and the employees still keep a good attitude
Doesn’t even deserve a star but it’s the lowest I can select to write a review! The manager at this location is extremely rude, we went to get some food at 6.10pm went to the drive through and was waiting in line when the manager place a chair in front of us closing it, we decided to omit it and decided to still park and go inside but the same manager in a disrespectful way said they were going to close, when we ask why as they usually close at 9pm she answered “because we are” really rude without any explanation , we are your customer the ones that keep the business going at least have some respect to inform us! This is not the first incident in this location! Corporate you should know how to select your staff
