Was waiting In line for almost an hour just to tell us that their system went down and they didn’t wanna sell us the food because we didn’t have cash. Why not let us know ahead of time that their system doesn’t work? I waited a whole 45 minutes for our food and they didn’t even give us anything.

This Pollo is definitely LOCO. They open late and close early. They run out of food and sauces all the time.

EPL usually gets it right, but this particular one has issues having chicken ready. Twice I have gone thru the drive thru and was told they only had leg and thigh, and most recently I was told the wait time was 30-40 min for any chicken at all. Should be one star, but I'm sure staffing is an issue. I hope they can straighten out these issues soon because I really enjoy EPL

I waited in the drive thru for 30min. While the ladies were chatting away i could hear them. Food was good but expensive for. 3 people almost 40$.

I never have an issue here. Very nice employees. Friendly and quick service. Clean establishment. Will always be my choice for chicken.

Don't do curbside and check your food before you exit the drive thru. The one on Randall always gets the order wrong. Sides are always wrong. usually forget chips. Rather go to Juan Pollo going forward.

Walked in to place my order and stood in front of the order counter and waited 10 minutes for someone to Acknowledge that I was there, some of the workers were joking and Laughing and mining there own business. I counted 8 people working and I had to ask if someone can take my order, I only ordered a side of rice, there were other people there who were waiting longer then me, after waiting 20 minutes for my rice I got upset along with everyone else who were waiting, I talked to the manager and he just said there was nothing he can do, very poor service and they don’t even Acknowledge that you’re there,

The worst. Ordered a catering size of x-large Mac and cheese online. Not only was the order not in their system, they ended up giving me something that will clearly not feed 10-12 people.Maybe 3 people max. Couldn't even go in to get right order because it's drive thru only and the line was super backed up from their slow service.

The food was all right way too much cabbage on my burrito my burrito but it was hot and the sauce is tasted great
