Enverdad que no se lo recomiendo. yevo 1 hora Sentada. Ase 30 apenas me preguntaron que queria tomar. En segundas apenas metieron mi order y ordene al mismo tiempo que ordered mis bebidas. Ay como 4 meseras dandose vueltas a lo menso y platicando. PESIMO SERVICIO DE LA "GERENTE" QUE SOLO PREGUNTO entonces quieren su orden o la cancelo de una ves. y encima de eso no se pudo acercar a escuchas mi queja le tuve que guitar de lejos.!! Not recommended al all..!! This place needs attention to detail an definitely service. I suggest a change in management and probably owner because your employees let you down! I'll never be back!
I have to start with service. I will give it a 0 not our server he was good but other server were standing not helping. Family of 6 ordered a plate the last one wish was a plain hamburger was the last one to come out on top of that the meat was burned we also asked for some shots to celebrate my son in law’s birthday no celebration was done for him they practically ignored us I will definitely NOT go back. Food was horrible as well ? B4 I forget they over price shots for 35 dollars each really
Terrible service, terrible food. All plates came out at different times, luke warm, and incomplete. I had to ask many times for the remaining condiments and servingware. I had to chew my carne asada like a freakin barnyard animal because the knives the provided couldnt cut butter! I would have asked for my food to be sent back but i would have probably died of old age waiting for it to come back out. ZERO STARS, would not recommend. And from what i can see, nothing has changed. Same bad food, same bad service. This place isnt a restaurant, its a bar that sells food in the day time. Youre better off at taco bell
This places sucks, our first server didn’t even know if she took our order. The food took 2 hours to make it to our table…. I do want to give a thank you to our second server for the good work she did.!
First and FOREMOST, the music is waaaaaaay too loud! I mean you can feel it in your ear drums! We heard they put the tables away and people dance. Uh, no. So if you don't want to dance, the music is still way too loud!The food was "ok." I got "chicken taquitos" and they were beautifully displayed. The chicken was tender and the flavor was ok.The service sucked. My server messed up my beer order. I ordered a modelo Negra in a glass. She brought me a beer bottle. I wasn't going to make her life hard over a beer bottle so I took it. I would have rather had my glass though. Then the second round took way too long. She never checked on us to see if were ok or not. Any refill? Nope. Need your check? Nope. Nothing.Overall they need work in the ambience and service. Food is ok but not great.
Food was really good, drinks were good. Atmosphere was beautiful. Service was slim. Very short staffed it seemed for a Friday night. Seemed like a great place for some Latin dancing with the DJ there and seemed like a lively place on a warmer day.
The place looks great. The remodeling was a big plus. But the girls didn't say hello in till like 10 minutes later and I couldn't even if I knew where they were working. I mean the restaurant is pretty big but I went to both sides and I cannot find any girls and I was just picking up an order
This place sucks. Terrible service. We got our entree, then our drinks, THEN the chips and salsa. All backwards. Plus, I think the manager helped take our order and the server didn’t even know he took our order. He also didn’t bring what we asked for - we had to ask a few people. Then when come time for the check, nobody was paying attention to us. We tried flagging down the same manager and he kept ignoring us.Definitely not coming back. Worst experience.
Altamente recomendable, desgraciadamente solo pude estar un rato por otro compromiso pero definitivamente voy a regresar ????, excelente servicio, ambiente, comida y bebidas ???????
Place is clean and very well organized. Staff is friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable of the menu. Food was very tasty and the drinks were even better, good amount of alcohol.We will be back soon
