This location is horrible. I placed an online order with a free sandwich promo code I received via email. Shortly after, I received a nasty voicemail from the owner. She was basically yelling and said “if I just gave food away for free I wouldn’t have a business, you can come pick up the stuff you paid for but you cannot have the sandwich for free”. I receive these offers all the time, how was I supposed to know that this particular location doesn’t accept them. I contacted corporate about this because that voicemail was uncalled for. But instead, I received a sarcastic email from the owner defending the voicemail and the way his wife spoke to me. He also lied and said, in caps lock, that no locations in Southern California accept offers. I know for a fact that this isn’t true. Also, the last time I ate here, the employee mixed our order with another customers order. When I told the cashier that the food in the bag wasn’t what we ordered, she told the other employee that was making the orders/handing out orders “you gave the other people their order”. She then took the bag from me, crumbled it and tossed it on the counter. She was upset with us for her mistake. That was the last time I visited Dickey’s and I won’t be back ever again because of rude staff and unprofessional owners.

Worst experience I've ever had. It was 830pm I called no answer so I decided to drive over. I arrived at approximately 837pm the lights were off but I seen people inside so I parked and went in. When ingot inside no one was at the counter. I ring the bell . I called out to them verbally no answer. I called the store while inside the store ..NO ANSWER almost 15 mins later I called the corporate who said the store was open and they don't know why I couldn't receive service. The worker eventually came out and told me they were closed with an attitude. I called corporate to complain and left the business. I will never return. You shouldn't either . 0 stars .

Terrible, I hardly write reviews but this was ridiculous and I can not get ahold of anyone to fix the issue. Spent over $70 for dinner for the family. Placed a to go order for curbside pick up on the website. First of all order was never updated and we were waiting for our food outside and the tracker was showing it was still being prepared. My husband went inside and it had been sitting in the bag getting cold. Once we get home we realize the desserts are missing, all the sauces are missing, the extras added to the sandwiches were not in there, no utensils/napkins and the food was cold. For how expensive the food is that is ridiculous. Meat was bland and a lot of fat on the pork. They never put ice in the drinks so those were warm as well.I called the business numerous times during normal business hours, left a voicemail and no one picks up the phone or returns a call. I sent an email to corporate, hopefully they will respond.

Service here was extremely bad. Several employees simply did not care about cleanliness. Touching the cash register and touching food with the exact same gloves. There was so much cross contamination going on. And when we politely asked to have them change their gloves before touching the food they were rude. With all honesty if I were the owner I would definitely fire them. Never seen such poor customer service and unsafe food handling. Will not be returning.

Dirty! Our whole family got sick after eating here. No masks by workers in this day and age. Terrible service, bbq sauces were empty and I can’t believe you would still allow “self serv” on these items in this day and age. You do not project a good appearance at all.Here is a pic of your “food”. Look closely you can see the Mac n cheese bits!

I came here on Monday around 5pm, the lights were literally off in the dining area & I had to ask two ladies who were not P.O.C is seating open, the said we could dine in. Then they proceeded to just look away, talk amongst themselves as I stood at the register; then after a few minutes I told them that's not how they should treat customers & that I would NOT be going back- the worker replied "how about you return & we Not serve you." LoL it was abysmally empty & I'm glad they saved me from the over priced experience. Also the place looked dirty & the two girls had food on the counter.We ended up a few doors down @Mod Pizza ? where they are hospitable & greet you with a smile.

Love Dickeys BBQ . I get the 1 meat plate with pulled pork, mac n cheese, and potatoe caserole!

The brisket is my favorite!! I like to get the waffle fries and a side of bbq beans and make my own brisket fries! YUM! The owners are also great people! Love this place :)

Meat was cold on both plates. Employee stated they could put it in "warmer" but that would take 5-10 mins. When we asked to speak with a manage they claimed there was no manager on duty. We then asked for a refund and were told the employees on duty had not been trained on how to issue refunds and we would have to call back tomorrow and ask to speak with manager. We then asked for boxes as we were not going to leave the food without being given a refund on site before leaving. Employee then came back and said they had figured out how to give us a refund so we let her take the food away. I went up to the register to get the refund, the 2 girls in the kitchen could be heard confirming that the meat was cold... but it was good and fresh food and that we just trying to get it for free since we had asked for a refund and to-go containers. Yes....we asked for to-go containers when they told us they couldn't provide us a refund on site. When they told us they figured out how to do the refund, we said they could take the food back to the kitchen. Employees need to be trained properly and a manager should always be on site.

Great barbecue spot in Fontana. The ribs were my favorite, but the brisket was really good too.
