Server was nice, but took like 10 minutes to come take our order or offer us water. Steaks were hard. Meat tasted funny. Onion rings were cold and toasty, whole appetizer platter was cold. Feels like it was left out on purpose because there was only one other table waited on. Food took too long to come out. They couldn't cook a steak that day 05/21/22 around 4pm, in case management wants to look at the footage. Food overall was bad. Not going to any Denny's anymore.

could have been better customer service
Had a very rude waitress. She would offer us an option and then when we selected what we wanted she would make a face like she was mad I don't understand so when I went up to the registry to pay I told him about it and I also wrote it on the receipt. I asked him for a discount did not leave a tip. The food was good the service was not are you okay with that?
Staff was friendly but a little busy. Seemed to have plenty of people though. I sat at the bar for breakfast and was served quickly. Unfortunately they did forget about my toast and I had to remind them. Overall though, it was a good experience.
Came here to do a To go order and this lady was signing into her register which i understand but she asked me if, "I knew what I wanted"? And when I said, "yes" and started to tell her she rudely put up her finger and told me to, "Wait"! Then when I told her how I wanted my tenders she treated me as if that wasn't an option. THEN after I ordered, my boyfriend was ordering and she rudely assumed that we weren't together but we had been holding hands and standing next to one another. I knew it was because I was Black and he's Asian so of course she assumed!! The other waitress knew we were together because she had grabbed two menus thinking we were going to sit and eat. And that's an okay assumption but to assume that my boyfriend and I weren't on the same bill just because we're different races is NOT okay!! Do not eat here!!!
Family Breakfast was a good get together, but at this Denny's there was no jelly, no vanilla creamer and no honey making for dry toast & dry biscuits.
Refuses to sell me food after 2 am even though the hours are posted as 24 hours. Normally wouldn't say a word about things like this, but I work swing shift and I work hard and Dennys is supposed to be America diner. Everytime I come to this location, I am completely let down. RIP DENNYS
Been to so many of these but I have to give the crew in fontana kudos. Took my staff for breakfast and it was about 20 of us. Wendy was our server and she nailed it! Great service, nothing missing and on point with coffee warm ups and anything else we needed. Shes a rock star!
Server Laura was spectacular! She checked up on us to make sure we were doing okay while dinning in. She rocks!! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!! Definitely ask for Laura when you dine in.
