I am a former graveyard Del Taco employee and I came to this location at the same time every morning around 4:30 AM and they are always seem to say that the system down when I know that they’re lying to customers that come around this time to get stuff done because it’s a little slow. I am on my way to work and there are few places open at this time. You shouldn’t say you are 24hours if you Shut down at anytime
Actually, I don't know how it is that they can even think that DEL TACO is like Mexican food, I only stop at their establishment because with the person I went with, it seems that they like their food in my case, in my opinion it is TERRIBLE, I ordered some fish tacos and I could only eat half of one and I couldn't eat the rest, I don't know who came up with the idea of combining fish tacos with fries, horrible combination.Taco Bell will never be for me.
This is the poorest run Taco Bell in the chain. The food order is always wrong the service is horrible. I try it every 6 Mos or so hoping it has improved but it hasn't. One time all the lights were on there were 6 or more cars in the drive thru and the place was closed. Go to the one on Cherry south of Baseline it is further away but well worth it.
Service has declined so bad, still getting progressively worse! Ordered my food and paid, sat and waited 20 min while ordered were passed out to multiple customers who walked in after I. When I asked when my order would be ready, they said they didn’t have in the computer, but if I wanted to re order they would try to do their best to get it back out as soon as possible or if I would something that is already for take out…..??????
This was a pleasant stop from being in traffic for over five hours. We needed to charge the car and this was the perfect place to sit and have a snack. Having the del taco (1.69) made me reminisced of the high school days where I would go to town on these things eating a bunch in one sitting. I finally was fully satisfied after having six of them and enjoyed every bite. The service was fast and the staff was friendly.
Food is always cold and old even though you spend 10 minutes waiting for it. Cheesecake bites looked like they had been fried yesterday and served today. All in all horrible food, lack of quality or value even for a taco that costs a dollar. Ppl should start calling corporate on this place more often. They do not care about your wasted hard earned $.
Sometimes fast food can be hit or miss. Definitely hit today! Green bean & cheese burrito had cheese, enough cheese to really taste it. Yummy, thanks.
The quality of food has gone down. It's not somewhere that I will eat at all the time. They are terrible.
Just want to say I had the best experience here a few weeks ago. I went and bought a fiesta pack and a double del and let me just share this with you; my family absolutely loved the food! It was a last minute stop and most del taco food is mediocre at best, but this locations chicken tacos were very juicy and I could tell the lettuce was fresh because although the chicken was nice and hot, the lettuce was still nice and cool. When I drove up to the window I asked for the burger to be well done and the young man with glasses at the window made sure that it was well done, even though it was last minute. This was the best del taco experience I have had. I hate seeing all the negative reviews, this location tops any other in the area.
Experienced excellent service from Jessie who was working the window for our order. I had accidentally dropped a bag that had 2 hard tacos, and even though it was my fault, Jessie insisted that they remake my tacos.
