I give it a 3.5 overall out of 5. The customer service was a 4.5 out of 5, but the food was were I give it a lower rating could have just been what we ordered but the quality didn’t taste the best at least for the beef hash and the biscuits and gravy well the biscuits were hard and the gravy was cold by the time I even got the food. My wife ordered the cream cheese and caramel French toast and well there was barely any cream cheese in-between so that was disappointing. First time there and possibly our last didn’t leave a lasting impression but only the future will tell if we ever go again.
The food and portions are very good. I would have gave it a 5 stars...but some of the servers always have a bad face and don't greet you wright when they come to the table to take the order. No manners! The establishment should have there managers notice there employees by there expressions when they walk in the restaurant at the beginning of there shifts. Why? Because that's the first thing we as customers notice when we walk in.
So far I have never had an issue at this location. Food is always fresh, servers are always so nice and helpful. The only reason I did not give a five star review is because of the amount of time it takes for them to bring you your condiment and salt and Pepper after you are ready received your food causing your food to get cold by the time you’re ready to flavor it with your fave condiments.
My new favorite in Fontana. Service was polite and efficient. I had the chicken pot pie. I liked Swanson as a kid, but realized how awful they are as an adult. Corey's show how awful even Claim Jumper is!I had the strawberry lemonade and it was remarkable! Don't put the straw in to low...there's about an inch plus of pureed strawberries in the bottom. After your done, scoop out the ice and it's like a desert in the bottom of the glass!
9/10 times we eat here the servers and cooks are busting their butts and service is great (sit at the bar you'll see). The food is pretty good, if you want a pot pie though, make sure you go in the early afternoon because they will be sold out EVERYTIME come dinner time.
Sadly, this place is no longer any good. Ordered hash browns extra crispy and instead they came undercooked. They were hard and cold, almost as if they barely cooked them at all. Pancakes were burnt and hot chocolate tasted like a water down version of a hot coco packet you can make at home. I remember their hot chocolate would be super rich and creamy. Over easy eggs were burnt on the bottom as well. It was a to go order and was a complete waste. Even my 8 year said it didn’t taste the same anymore and it wasn’t good. The only thing that came out decent was the chicken and waffles we got. Waffle was cold and chicken was a little crispy, but compared to everything else it was the only think that was edible.
