Customer service was very nice.. they got the lines down fast and the order's made correctly..

The ice cream wasnt even fully mixed, I did order a ours size ice cream in a tub and even though it was delicious the ice cream at the bottom of the tub had little to no toppings mixed in. Along with that the ice cream wasn't even ready even though I ordered it around 15 mins in advance. I mean ik it's not that serious but for a $20 tub of ice cream I expected a little more.
Rude. Owner/managers, maskless pair, were rude. I overheard them talking about two different sets of customers. Heads up, only you can hear the blender. The bathroom was "closed" to customers and no gloves in sight on anyone. Crazy when the same staff person makes your ice cream, takes your payment and then returns to the serving line no hand wash. Yuck. Skip this, try Handel's RC or Baskins down the street.

Girl at the counter was all alone and was doing a fantastic job by her self with 20+ patrons waiting in line. Get that girl some help and this place will be 5 stars!
This location has to be by far the best serviced Cold Stone around. The staff is always friendly and are always pretty quick to get the line moving.Clean location and can't beat the easy access by the freeway.
