Chicken was burnt crispy hard as a rock. Then when you tried to call the restaurant about a refund the number would go straight to a recording. So there is no way to contact them.SMH...
I wasn't able to call this establishment but the food is superb and I highly recommend this place for yummy fried chicken besides kfc

This location NEVER opens on time. Online it says store hours 10am....i'd been standing outside 10 minutes after 10am & the girl inside, doesn't even let me know that they're opening late...WOW
The food was delicious but as for customer service can't say the same .When talking to me I'm letting her know I don't speak Spanish and insisted that I did and continue speaking Spanish to me not only that but they do a poor job doing their job unfriendly and rude people shouldn't be working with the public
Rude, and slow. I believe it was the manager attitude was bad and awful customer service skills.
There was one lady that was extremely rude.. She could be a manager but she needs to be trained in customers service

Sorry kfc you have nothing on Churches chicken. I wish we had one in my home town. This was so good and affordable!
I grew happy eating Church's chicken and has always been a family favorite. I am happy we live near one. Their biscuits are a MUST during every visit. Their chicken is always hot and full of delicious flavors. The white meat is very juicy and not dry as many white meats are. They always offer a variety of flavors and meals to fit your needs and the chicken is super crispy.Happy Eating!!
