I haven't been to Chili's in a long time. This was not my choice. HOWEVER, the food was great. The service was great until it came time to divide the check. The waitress did not get the divide correct and people paid more for their meals than what they ordered. She gave some attitude to my co workers. Not an issue because it's our per diem. Food was great though. ?
Staff was super friendly and made the entire family feel welcomed. Will definitely be coming back just because of customer service. It doesn’t hurt that the food taste amazing. Kuddos to your staff for all having such a great attitude. We even witnessed an employee waiving out at families. You could’ve sworn a commercial was being recorded. Keep up the great work.
Amazing tasting food, since our food was taking a long time, the server came and gave us chips and salsa on the house, which was amazing! Otherwise fast service, our wait time was 15-20 mins (we got to this Chili's at 4:30pm, pretty busy!
Well, I'm sure you have probably been here. Same usual menu with some new items. We had the anchor salmon, I got it blackened, it was good. And we got the top sirloin medium well, good as well. The wait can be long at times. Especially during peak times. Sometimes the wait can be 1-2 hours. The service is good. The servers are choruses and prompt. Bar area is nice to. Especially if you want a cold beer or a mixed drink. Give it a try!
We were told we had to wait for an hour n a half because we had a big party. But it turned out to be less. About an hour total. Despite us being there right before closing to hrs we were never rushed and our waiter was very professional and attentive. The food was cooked pretty quick and we had no complaints. For a busy Saturday night I was really impressed. Ps. Recommend the Chicken enchilada soup.
I was wowed by the great service we received at Chils and by the best burger I’ve ever had, the new bacon ranch burger over the weekend!!! This burger was no joke. Two huge Pattie’s, wonderfully fresh bacon, ranch and sautéed onions. I had always ordered the chili cheese burger but saw the pic of this burger and had to try it. PSA to all the burger lovers out there, go to Chilis and try the new bacon ranch burger and you will love it!!!
Ran in today for a quick lunch before the Football games. Sat in the bar. Service was perfect, fast, friendly, attentive. I had the steak, and it was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender. It's great when you go out with family, receive great customer service and good food.Thank you.
The food was very delicious but the bartender didn't seem very appreciative with the $50 tip she received. Ma'am stop making things uncomfortable. No one was checking you out so don't be afraid of conversation.
Place was very crowded had to wait approx 3 hrs for are party of 13 to b seated after waiting so long are group was not seated completely together thou there was room to add another table. Better off at the bar which the drinks were good n bartender took care of business
When I walked in there was a group of women standing around talking in a group (the employees) and then one of them turned around and just looked at me and said hi.... Didnt greet me properly didnt even look interested to seat us... I was thinking to myself this is the worst service ever and was greatly offended...
