Earlier this evening experienced another great night ? of service from this location my waiters name was (unknown) he was quick and very polite and attentive to my needs man I wish I had asked him his name so I could request his services the next time... Oh well maybe next time Lord willing. I had the Flour Tortilla Flautas Plate. Excellenté (2) two thumbs ??my friend had #39 Steak plate gave it a thumbs up ? - says it was a little tough on cutting but was not as thick as the last time when ordered. Could have had something to do with needing sharper dining ware. Thank you for allowing me to share. Left home two satisfied customers ??. Forgot to quick-snap though my apologies to you all I'll make sure next time not to do so.
Not a good service, ? Male waiters took us 2 order after 40min brought only ONE order (Enchilada and Tostada rice beans) wait 30min had to get attention of another lady waitress let her aware of the bad service they were doing.**how come they don't bring entire table guess orders at the same time?**guess had to wait to eat (gets cold food) or Almost finished for them to bring the second order was made on the table, she apologized run to the kitchen 10min after she brought a pozole it wasn't Hot plate anymore!!!...**it was very disappointing not a great service, tables and seats were duty at sitting **Mgr was around never came to our table to asked or see our service he only asked to those had alcohol drinkers...All orders they take long time...expected long time....and NOT at same time for All the guess on the table to eat together at same time....very bad service...other table was complaining too.
I used to go there all the time to take my mom out for lunch and the service was awesome went yesterday it wasn't even packed and it took forever to get her order and that's the second time
Very unorganized. They ask that you wait to be seated but yet there's no host and you're not acknowledged even though several employees walks pass you. Literally stood there for 10 minutes finally I went to wave someone down. We ordered lunch specials taco & enchilada with rice and beans and take over 45 minutes to receive it and when we did the food was cold. Their management team needs to do a better job organizing their staff that can hold the amount of customers and work as a team a little bit better versus spinning in circles and constantly dropping the ball.
Kailey is awesome. She's so nice and never forgot us even when we changed tables.very sweet and always checking up on us. We always have a good time there.
Great food!!i had the carnitas taco,carne asada and shrimp tacos i recommend there carne asada tacos the best carne and flavor!!! My husband had the chile rellenos they wore good as well.
We ate here a week ago. The food was good. We had a grande burrito, chile colorado burrito, flatuas dinner, and a shrimp kids meal. The grande burrito was good but there was a bug inside of the salad and guacamole that was on the side. Colorado Burrito was good just not the best I've had. I would try again to give it another chance. The chicken flatuas were trash. Chicken had no flavor. It was very disappointing. Couldn't even eat them after putting salsa and gauc all over it. The shrimp in the kids meal was just okay. My kids love seafood but did not love these shrimp. The beans and rice were really good. I will go back and if it wasn't for the bug issue I would give it 4 stars.
Some of the best Mexican food I have eaten! Really delicious and with a lovely smoky barbecue flavor. Look foward to going back. Not your usualExperience with attentive staff and very clean!
Take a little time to get your food, a little crowded, but nice service, for me the best Micheladas!!
Food is ok service is horrible, you will wait even when it's not busy expect to wait at least an hour for food. Good luck getting a refill or the other part of your dish. Took almost 2 hours for food and sprites.
