I’ve tried a few places like this one and out of 5 this is the worse. We got our appetizers LAST. Our waitress was very rude, service was horrible, all the staff except for 1 girl seemed so lost and stuck up. We watched 3 girls on there phones for 5 minutes straight. I ordered the spicy sauce (not the spiciest but the one under it) It wasn’t spicy at all instead it was Sweet. Felt like they accidentally put too much sugar instead of Salt. The crawfish are not good I’m not sure but I think they only offer frozen crawfish. The spring rolls fell apart because they weren’t properly wrapped. The vibe wasn’t it at all. I think you’re better off going to the Boiling Crab for a few extra bucks.
Food is fantastic. The service leave a lot to be desired.
Raw oysters are not fresh, taste is weird. Garlic butter shrimps with extra spicy is good.
I decided to use door dash to pick up my order. My food was done in 30-35 mins. I would give the food a 10/10 and the service a 5/10. The workers weren’t rude per say, but they weren’t friendly either. They didn’t say hi or even acknowledge me until I said something. The lady at the cash register seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I try not to assume anything negative because you just don’t know what someone is going through but it’s not a bad thing to expect friendly service either. Food wise, I recommend the spicy + garlic butter combo for the shrimp! It came with a lot of lemons and salt/pepper on the side. It wasn’t too too spicy either, it was just right!
Love the food. We stoped visiting this place due to terrible service but we give it a try again and our server was very nice and attentive.
This is a hidden gem! From the outside it doesn't look like much, but once inside you get amazing food and service. I went twice in one week because it was that good ?
3 star because of horrible service. Food is so good!! Waitress was rude & kicked us out because of a 2 hour limit. Been here 2xs before and spend on average of $100.
While we were seated right away, it took 1.5 hours before we got our food and we had to tell a waitress that we were waiting that long so she got our waiter who then brought our food. It felt like we were forgotten about. Other customers were coming and going receiving their food before us. The food was great but waiting that long was ridiculous if it hadn't been for me not seeing my friends and catching up I'd have left.
Great service (Mackenzie was very nice, professional, fast, got our order right) and excellent food! We dine here often and always enjoy it!
