Went here last night with party of 11 I called ahead to ask what time they close and if we can still be served the lady said yes and they close @1. We got there the hostess right away told us last call is @12:30, not even a "hello" I told her I called and asked when they close but wasn't told about a last call. She rolled her eyes at me and said "well it's @12:30 up to you if you want to stay or go somewhere else" then she walked away. Came back we told her we'll stay she said "fine but I have to see if we can put tables together" and walked away again. She came back and said we had to be separate which we didn't mind. What I did mind was that we felt so unwelcome by her and she get giving us attitude and rolling her eyes at me and my in-law which we didn't appreciate. We got seated and she kept saying kitchen closes @12:30. Our waiter was an older man who was very polite, friendly and welcoming. He was quick and we're out by 12:35. Some people in our group didn't order because the hostess was going to the back while eyeing us and felt uncomfortable and thought they might do something to our food. We have never felt so unwanted and uncomfortable while going out and all because of the hostess. She's suppose to be welcoming and friendly but she wasn't.
I used to love going here, but most recently even before the pandemic service is horrible. On to go orders something is always missing, the food is overcooked, particularly steaks, never enough sauce on the pasta or salad dressing. Even worse is the pick-up. If you go inside, the employees don't speak you wait forever for your order then it's wrong. If you do curbside, they take forever to bring the order. It's time to locate another Applebee's or stop going altogether!
I went for lunch. Wait 10 min. 2 groups were seated before us. Once seated we got drinks fast and ordered food. 35 min later waitress asks you want your check i reply you going to give me the tab before my meal.sghe was suprised we didnt get our meal yet. Place s was under staffed. I understand but organization makes it flow ..no tip due to service No bueno
We went to have dinner on a late sunday night and everything from customer service was good but all my food was cold. I ordered 4 kids meals and the 2 fettuccine was dry and tasteless the chicken tenders were just boneless wings with no sauce the cheeseburger was fine... I never eat out because i just don't like having cold unsatisfied breakfast lunch or dinner so i always cook at home but i was in need of a break and wanted someone else to cook and it just made me remember why i don't eat out at all and why i stick yo homecooked meals for my family.
Didn't like the whiskey burger to much. Love the prime rib dipper. Ordered some wings to go, tried to eat 1 B4 I left, it was luke warm. Waitress was nice. Good service.
I had the 9 oz top sirloin meal for lunch. It was perfectly cooked and we'll seasoned as were the mashed potatoes and broccoli. I think this meal is under 600 calories. A win all around! And the server was excellent!
I'm not usually a big fan of Applebee's, I've had bad experiences at some other locations; but this Applebee's was amazing. The food was so good, but what was more than amazing was our waiter David. He was attentive, he took really good care of us and we we're a party of 6 (4 of those kids). He is beyond amazing we will be back because of him. Also I'm not sure if her name is Jenny or Jennifer she was wearing all pink, she was sweetest ever too when we got some of our order. Loved this place.
Stellar customer service! In my house, it's a tradition to buy chicken wings for New Year's Eve so we can all stay up to ring in the New Year. At first, the app wouldn't let us order. Then we tried calling, 5 times, no answer. Called the 6th time and Sophia, I believe that's her name, answered it and took our order via the phone since we let her know we were having trouble with ordering. She was as sweet as can be, very polite and patient with my parents. We ordered the big order for 2 original and 1 honey BBQ. She even helped me ring up the bonus cards I bought as part of their cyber Monday promo ?. This is something I buy for my parents every Christmas and of course, it's always appreciated?❤️ To the hostess who helped us, thank you soooo much for making our night a memorable one. You're AWESOME! ?

Love this location! The staff here are super friendly and very productive with time. I hardly ever wait long and curbside to go is our thing. We order from here weekly and it's the best! Food is always fresh as well.
