We waited over 25 min in drive thru line. No coffee, sprite was missing syrup, no straws!! Just close if this is the service we will receive!!!!
rude workers, didnt give whole order and when i went inside to ask for the part of my order that was missing the door was locked and the car line had way too many people to go back. terrible.
The staff appears to not enjoy their job, almost as though they are being forced to work there. This is based off of several visits in 2021. I have had one positive experience in 2022, which is nice. In the past, employees have been so unpleasant that I have had them argue with me over a missing item from my order, that was on my receipt, and I hadn't even left the window yet.The food is fine, and is usually correct...you just have to deal with unpleasant temperaments and should check your order and receipt.
It's Wendy's. I literally cannot remember the last time i had it. It did satisfy my craving for chili fries. Spicy chicken sandwiches were decent.
I do not go out much for fast food but thought I would try their cheddar cheese hamburger and it was pretty good.
I didn’t receive what I ordered AND I was refused my receipt. She wouldn’t come back to the window after I politely asked for it. We won’t be coming back to this location.
I have no memory of this place. When in doubt, follow your nose!

VERY, VERY, VERY ,VERY SLOW. Its not due to being short staffed its just customer service PLUNGED with his specific Wendys. Corporate should really look into to and open a case. ALL FROM MANAGEMENT TO SOME EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED.AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO IN AND OUT, Cheaper price, good customer service and fresh food.Not all wendys are badly managed like this one, but this one is about the worst I have been to. I have been is ghetto areas and got better service and quality food, and this being in a richer area I expected more.
I see this wendys has joined taco bell in just not answering the speaker. Good job guys. Soon you won't have to do that job you are not doing when the joint closes.
