Super tasty and get a lot of food for your money. We ordered 2, 6 piece combo meals and 2 sodas came out just under $30.00. I thought we were getting nuggets. Nope we got huge pieces of boneless chicken. I got the garlic sauce and the other one was the soy and black garlic.
This place has some of the best fried chicken ive ever had. Their menu layout was a bit confusing the firsy time we went, but they'll explain it to you if you have any issues. Also note the pictures they have of their dishes dont really do justice to showing rhe amount of food you get. in the image, it looks like pretty small portion, but in actuality, you get a lot more food than it would appear. im a heavier set guy with a heafty appitite, and i always have leftovers when i leave. even the sides are excellent. Also keep in mind this is a KOREAN fried chicken place, meaning some of the flavor options arent going to be the same as you find at Wingstop, etc. but they are far far better imo. definitely stop in here at least once. last thing: its more of a niche item that im not sure most will like, but their kimchi rice is amazing!HEADS UP!!!!!: I almost forgot...avoid going for spicy, stick to medium or mild. im the kind of guy who regularly eats extremely spicy things (ghost pepper jerky and chips, and i tend to replace jalepenos in food with habeneros)....the spicy here is still too much for me. id have to say it probably hits somewhere around 100k-300k on the scoville scale.
Their chicken was super good! The flavor is definitely there! The japchae was on the sweeter side but it goes well with their fried chicken. Definitely going back!
First time here... I'll be back..Honey Butter Boneless Chicken .....#? honeybuttercrackThis should be illegal,,ITS SO GOODI took the extra honey butter power and put it on my steam rice. I left no crumble.IT'S THAT ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ???? ✝️ ?????????#?? ? ??️
Great chicken. New favorite for fried chicken. Our favorite is the mild boneless with soy ginger sauce. Watch the bill, they list suggested tip including the tax. Not very nice. They also start the tipping choices at 18% which is overkill.
Not friends of the new owners, so this is a real review. It's best if you don't see the operations in person. Never saw chicken served in hunks that appeared to be just big hunks of pressed mystery meat. OMG, $30 spent on education. They advertise veggies like sprouts, carrots, cucumber, but serve only cheap bell peppers. Thats it. OMG never again.
100x better than KFC, and similarly priced. Trust me: the half order is enough to feed 2 people. The Honey Crispy drumsticks are ridiculous. My 1 complaint: beer needs to be colder.
Fried chicken all around was crispy, juicy, and flavorful. We tried garlic, green onion (Padak), and mild yangnyam chicken. All pretty fantastic but the sweet, tangy, slightly spicy yangnyam won out for me. Great portions too. Chicken came with pickled radish and Coleslaw. Kimchi fried rice side was also quite good but adding some scrambled egg from home made it perfect. We'll definitely come back for more. They also have oven roasted chicken as well that we have to try.
Great New place in Folsom! Had the spicy chicken w fries and added a few sides was really different taste and I enjoyed nice looking inside.
Very Good 1st Impression! Crispy Chicken was very tasty and fresh.
