The food is always delicious, but a bit pricey for brunch food. But they had a 'special of the day' Crabcake Benedict Burrito & they NEED to add that to their permanent menu! That is the best thing I've ever had for breakfast & there is nowhere else to find something like that. I would keep coming back just for that!
We had a wonderful brunch. The restaurant was not too busy and we were seated promptly. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come over and offer us drinks, but the coffee was good. We got a pair of omelets with an order of Toasties. The Toasties tasted like thick luscious funnel cakes and everyone should order them. The omelettes looked great and tasted almost as good. The only reason they lost a ⭐ is because no one seemed to be helping the servers with delivery or refilling drinks. The servers weren't even helping each other so there was a lot of time spent with an empty mug, or waiting for condiments.
In the mood for a mimosa or two in the Sacramento area then you should stop in. My breakfast crepes were alright...nothing extraordinary and honestly too sweet for me. I think I'd go back to try more flavored mimosas but I'm more of a savory person so I would have to be in the mood.
The mimosas were great…the food was mediocre. Even though the food was mediocre, we definitely enjoyed our experience at the mimosa house. Service was not the greatest but we were watching and our poor waiter was taking care of all the tables outside and several on the inside so we don’t fault him for that. He was very nice regardless. Their were a s*** ton of mimosa variations (never seen so many)!! The two that I had, The Pink Bikini and Naughty Girl were very good!! They definitely topped the champagne off right…left feeling nice and tipsy after just two drinks. They were super cheap too, for the amount you got…$6 a pop. Forgot to take a pic of the initial poor but it was filled to the top of the wine glass. The omelettes we got were The Folsom and The Main…not bad…mine felt like it was missing flavor and my husband said his was slightly fishy…but they were definitely edible!!! We also got the carnation fried pickles which were really good…highly recommend…my son REALLY liked them!! Lol. This place was VERY dog friendly too which was a great plus!!!! I recommend going!!
This is the 6th time we have been here. We sat outside as our friend had her large dog with her. Dogs are welcome on the patio.I had the Hillbilly Burrito (highly recommend) which is large flour tortilla stuffed with sausage, scrambled egg and hash browns, covered with white country gravy. My wife had a macaroni and cheese with ham omelette, and our friend had the California Benedict.Delicious. The service and food is great -- that is why we drove/drive from the Bay Area to eat at this awesome place !!
Parking: it is not that hard to get there. It is very easy to park depending on the day, but since there is a supermarket there, it might be a bit hard to find parking. Overall, it is not that complicated.Appearance: I love the look on the outside and where it is located. This place is very much located near the folsom lake. Also the inside of the restaurant is a bit small but they also have outdoor dining. It is very cozy.Food: The food was absolutely delicious. I ate this when it was two days before Valentines Day. I had the crabcakes sliders (on their Valentines Day special menu), and my best friend had the hillbilly burrito. Honestly, if you like some sauce, the best one is the hillbilly burrito.Service: People are so nice there. They are very polite and caring. Like one waitress accidentally dropped our food but gave us another one. And they checked our table to make sure we had a good time.I give this place an 8.5 out of 10 for sure. Definitely recommend.
Hard find parking during busy time. Food is not that healthy but quantity is more that I could eat. The servers were nice and very friendly.
very cute and chill place for great food and amazing mimosas, if you can do sweet the worldly watermelon mimosa is ??came here for a last minute breakfast with my friend and stayed for an hour hanging out and enjoying our drink. seems like it would be easy/lax enough to have the family and still a great time
Such a big variety of items to choose from & not a single thing has disappointed so far! Bottle of champagne with 2 juices for around $20 is awesome as well! This is our go to spot to bring out of town guests to for brunch.
Girlfriend treated me to breakfast, we got seated right away and food came out very fast. (A little disappointed that 50% of the staff wore their masks as chin protectors and I know where I live and which businesses I'm patronizing also that the vaccine is not a 100% effective shield and cloth masks are also very ineffective but the more protections used the better chances people will have). Giving five stars because I enjoyed the food and our server was great (she also wore her mask appropriately)
