I ordered online and went to store. When I got there I click on the link so I could inform them I was there. Got a text a minute later saying it was done. Waited for 10 minutes and tried to click the link again, it said they already knew I was there so I waited some more. I finally went in and my food was on the counter getting cold. When I asked why they did not bring my food out they said I did not click the link to let know I was there. I showed them that I had and took my food and left. It was not a good experience.

Was told it is a 1/2 hour wait because they have a lot of Doordarshan. Only few people inside. Couple people in line behind us turned around and left. Gave is a buzzer to let us know when ready. Walked around for 20 minutes. Went back and food was just sitting on counter and received no reminder. Food was cold. Not happy for a 65.00 order!

Burger was tasty. Online order ready soon after I arrived. My only complaint was that it wasn't called out, I had to ask on it

Ok. As fast food goes this is at the top of the food chain when comparing it to Wendy's, McDonald's, Jack In The Box. Better menu, higher quality a truly great Tuna Sandwich

These guys really have their act together. Great, fresh food. Good menu variety (love the ahi sandwich). Affordable, fast and friendly!

I ordered on the app on Sunday March 27th at 6:40 pm I go to pick it up and they are closed. They closed early but took my money and no food. I went to the door the lady inside said that the charges would be taken off the next day. That did not happen.. I can’t get anyone on the phone. So I guess I have to dispute the charges through my bank. What a pain. If they just answer the phone they could try to make this hassle right!

I walked in this morning 3/1/2022 and a fat, sweaty, middle aged man looked at me with utter contempt. I walked up to order and he told me he wouldn't be taking my order then said to use the kiosk. Lots of people walked in after me and left soon after without ordering because they didn't know how to use the kiosk. The food was also disappointing.

Another great lunch in Folsom at the Habit. Order was a tad wrong, but fixed while I was in mid sentence. Great place to eat and an absolute awesome crew.

Terrible wait times. Was sitting there 2 hrs, and when we did get our order, it wasn't even right. Not only that, but they make you use the kiosks to order, so we did and sat inside and waited patiently, but the people who ordered after us most decided to wait outside because there were alot of people in there waiting, so the manager locked the door to deter new customers to come in, only to lock their existing ones out. So, these people were getting notified that their order was ready via text, and they wouldn't unlock the door with no way to get their order. I tell you I wasn't even mad; my order was wrong, I was more mad how these people were treated. I mean it was more funny than anything that it could get that bad?

They are putting online order in front of people in the store which is creating over 30 minute wait times for a simple burger and fries.
