Waited for 40 mins in the drive thru. Ordered and still wasn't moving. We backed out and left. Insane!!!
Absolutely the worst food - I’m hoping I don’t get sick.
Whaaat. So apparently they dont wrap their food.Or put any food in their tacos or burritos.And drive thru was so long.This is by far the worst taco bell i have been to .
The grilled cheese burrito was pretty good. Count your change when you pay!
Not sure why this location is so slow. They looked like they had enough people working. Also messed up my order. Line was way to long to have them fix it. Easier to go somewhere else.
I just ordered this. It's disgusting. I had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby with two orders ahead of me for this. It's cold. It's old. It's gross. Called to see if they could make it right since I already left, but an answering machine picks up.Update: I called back because I thought the manager should know what kind of food was going out (given the other reviews). He was very gracious. Offered to replace the food. I was already home, so I declined.
Very slow and the drive through guy was odd and I'm still not sure what it was he said to greet me and then laugh but too busy goofing off explained the incredibly slow service.
WORST DOORDASH EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Waited an hour and a half. If not more in the drive thru tonight. 12/11 -12/12 for a doordash order. Once I got to the window, the employees hadn't even started the order yet after AN HOUR!!! Well besides the ridiculously watered down sodas... WAY TO.GO.GUYS! Luckily I had the most understanding customers. I cannot express how thankful I am to the people who were willing to wait, not only for me but with me.
I used to go here fairly frequently for lunch, since I can order online and pick my food up quickly. The service used to be good, but recently I've had to wait much longer and they only get my order right, which is the same exact order every time, about 50% of the time. Today they even tried to give me the wrong order. Unfortunately I will not be giving this place my business anymore.
It's a little rough right now.... Multiple help wanted signs tell the story. It's hard to hire everywhere right now and unfortunately, our experience last night reflected this. Slow service in the drive through. The staff was friendly enough, just didn't have enough staff to meet the demand.... Going to be this way at a lot of places for awhile
