Ordered a milkshake and specifically mentioned that I want a shake. My drink comes back as a Milk Tea. Ok no big deal, so I mention it to the cashier and they tell me that they won't remake my drink and that I should've reviewed my order. They made it seem like it was my fault that the cashier didn't pay attention to what I ordered. Nobody asked me to review my order before I ended up paying either. I wasn't even offered a refund for this terrible service. This used to be one of my go to Boba places, but I'm never coming here again after hearing these garbage policies and awful logic and service. The drink didn't even taste good either
Customer service was fine.All of their drinks use powders or syrups.I got the lavender milk tea. It tasted like pure syrup. I never do this but I had them swap it out for a coconut milk tea. It was better…. But it was chalky to me. I knew though that would be the case since the coconut would be a powder.If anyone is near a Teaspoon, although they are about 2 dollars more, they use real fruit purée and their taro is slow cooked. Only place that I have found that does a taro right. At least in this general area.
Great little boba spot. I haven't tried anything else but it must be good, since they are pretty busy on weekends.
It’s boba, which is hard to mess up and always good, but they seem to run out of the regular boba quite often (it’s happened to me 3 times now). If there was another boba place in Folsom that was open as late as this one, I would go there instead, but I gotta take what I can get.
Nice selection of tasty bulba teas, ice milks, and other selections with adjustments in sweetness to your taste. Friendly staff. Clean lobby. Seating is available, but like the decor, more of a minimalist business model, not intended to create a lot of atmosphere.
Terrible drinks. Boba's bland. Jasmine milk tea tastes nothing like jasmine. Barely got any grass jelly in my drink. Poor quality in general.
Cute spot with a couple tables inside and a couple outside. Good prices if you like Boba.

Love their milk tea. Rich flavors, and many kinds of toppings I can choose, but the tea is not super strong. I like 30% sugar, it's just the right one for me.
The Best Tea, and Boba Shop On East Bidwell, Customer Service is excellent and Location can't be beat.They also contribute to the community and support local.
