Every time we go here the order is wrong. I ordered 2 plain asada tacos, no onions cilantro and side of beans with cheese. I end up with one asada taco, with beans, tomatoes and cheese ...... we ordered for there and they brought it foil wrapped in a plastic bag so we didn't even find out till we go home, hours are always wrong, closes earlier then listed time.

Cannot comment on the quality of the food because when my family showed up to sit down for some tacos we couldn’t get a staff member to square us away! Wanted to order a family pack of tacos and got some strange story about how it is only packaged to go and would take over a half hour to assemble despite the fact the order would be all the same type of tacos and we could see the meat being cooked on the grill already. When we said we could just order individually, same story….it would take 20-30 minutes to serve us even though we were the only folks in line. There were young kids working up front and none of them seemed to know what they were doing so we moved along to another restaurant.

Mexican food here is pretty bland. So, if you're White you'll probably love it. However, if you're Latino like my family you'll notice the lack of flavor accompanied by the expensive price tag. Ordered the Carne Asada Burrito, and I wouldn't call it Carne Asada at all. It tasted like unseasoned hamburger meat. My Aunt got a chicken quesadilla and she agrees that it tasted pretty bland. If you want decent Mexican food in Historic Folsom, simply cross the street and go to Q'bole.

The rice and beans are what really sets this place apart from the rest. They taste homemade and with consideration; the best way to describe it is cozy. Some places, you know how your stomach can feel off and you don't know why? Never the issue here; it's the exact opposite to where I feel because I just had quality, I'll go out and enjoy a quality day: thanks for the truly delicious eats!Good carnitas/asada burritos and the sauce is hot.
Food is good! Staff is nice. But terrible service. I called and they put me on hold for 5mins then I hang up I call again and again and they there phone is off the hook. Terrible pick up service so if u have this issue they forget and it’s not helpful.
