There must have been 20 cars in line and I got through in 10 minutes, I was very impressed at how efficient and quick they are!
Sadly wasn’t great…. I don’t like or drink coffee, so I get multiple food items and a tea. Wasn’t trying to be a pain, but they asked if I wanted my load heated, I didn’t, it was, my name was wrong but didn’t care that much, just wasn’t sure which was mine. I felt horrible, but they had to remake me drink 3 times… I said when I was ordered, 3 times, very light ice, like almost none.. half a cup or ice, they “remake it”, tasted horrible

Great Starbucks. Limited on some menu items, but that seems to be normal right now.

I have a fascinating story. Yesterday(Friday) near noon, I did a mobile order, and when I got there, there was a long line in the drive-thru, so I decided to do a walk-in to pick up my order. My dogs were in my car as usual (I love to take them everywhere, which includes Starbucks’ stops at this location), and when I got there, one of the baristas said: “Pick up order? For Jessica?” I was like, yes! Do you want a puppaccino for your dogs?. I was like, sure! It is admirable that she paid attention, especially to my dogs, when I came to Starbucks. They are my kids, and I love the idea she treated them as regular customers like me. Unfortunately, I could not get her name since I was in a rush. Thank you so much!! Small things like this can make someone’s day better :) More people like this should be hired. Great job Starbucks!
