I don't know why it's so difficult when I simply ask for a drink and then for them to add a certain roast to it to even out the extremely creamy milky flavor it's the strangest thing every time I go here or anywhere it's like this sacrifice that I'm bloodletting I literally just want a caramel macchiato with an inch of a brew added to it and some extra whipped cream why is that so difficult in strange and out of focus and impossible?And ironically staff is pretty friendly but I don't know understand how my one simple drink is so overwhelming

This Starbucks board was not lit making it difficult to order since it was only 6:45 pm and was already dark out . They were also out of straws, this location is open until 8:00pm but looked closed due to dim lighting.
