I’ve been going to this location for quite a while now and I cannot recall a bad experience I’ve had. The staff is very friendly and they know what they’re doing. Great environment, great drinks, and great service!
Unorganized with a bad attitude. Apparently it was my fault they didn’t order enough supplies to fulfill simple orders….. or at least that’s how they made it seem. I’d highly suggest retraining these little kids to have respect for the patrons who purchase their product.
Unorganized to say the least! Didn't know who's coffee was who's and ended up waiting a good while for a coffee made incorrectly
This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They always make my drink perfect which is saying a lot for Starbucks in general. You guys are awesome at this location and I’m so glad it’s the closest one for me to go to
Have a g cert for Starbucks so I came to the closest location. Should have gone to another.Too cold to sit inside - tables outside are filthy and I had to go in and ask for a wipe to clean off one myself. Employees know tables are dirty but no one has come out to clean them. ?Coffee (which should be) is up to expectation.Lowered to one star after trying to work with headphones on and could still hear people talking loudly. Waste of time and money to come here.

I love Starbucks coffee. I am giving a negative rating to the young man who doesn't know the difference between a Raspberry White Mocha and a plain Chocolate Mocha. The first drink was wrong so we told him the exact problem. What did he do? Made the exact same Chocolate Mocha a 2nd time. Maybe he should return to kindergarten and learn his colors before he tries to be employed. Its sad to say, but avoid the Starbucks in the Golden One parking lot at Willard and Prairie City. Try the one inside Safeway if your pressed for time. Otherwise drive away, there are other shops in close proximity. You'll be glad you did.
The baristas there are super friendly and super helpful. By far one of the better experiences I've had with Starbucks. If you ever are in town here, stop by for some coffee and get served by the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. ? ☕
