Johnny cash burger was excellent.Ordered one and an old fashioned during a happy hour with my work mates.The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the tater tots that came as a side were incredible, crispy and didn’t even need sauce.Will definitely be coming back here for the food.

I don't know if it's because of the 10 - 18 mi. bicycle rides before we hit this place up, but damn that Johnny Cash Burger hits the spot and by far is crushing any other burgers posing as the best. This Burger will start wars.
Great location, good burgers, a little hit and miss on some menu items but decent food for fair prices. Please put the club on sliced, toasted sourdough. A better roll that's toasted might work.

I like it there. The food is always good. The beer is always on point. I've got some warm memories featuring this spot, like my first peanut butter burger and first time trying Pliny the Younger.
Had read the Google reviews and even spoke with a local nearby and got nothing but positive reviews about this place but after spending $50 here I'll tell you BURGER KING has better burgers than the Western burger that we ordered. Absolutely disappointed but i might give them a try again with a different burger and change the review IF that burger will match The hype but currently this place was Garbage??
This place was a great find! While the tavern has only been around about a dozen years. The building has been around since the Pony Express days. Food was great. Would love to have been able to check out the old pics on the walls! The service friendly. You have to order at the bar.
Great pub, very friendly staff, great food & beer. We ate outside on the boardwalk so had a great view of Sutter St!
Nice little place to enjoy on your walk through town. Interesting selection of local beers decent whiskey selection and food is worth a try.
