Food is good. Quantity is OK. But the ambience is not good at all. Probably the air circulation needs to be improved, so that the smoke can pass out faster.

Delicious! I ordered online and it was ready exactly when stated. When I walked up the gentleman was so kind handing me my food and even offered to help me carry it out. Really great food and kind service. Will be back
Wonderfull customer service. Owner is very kind and helpful. We got free drinks while we were waiting in our cars and he brought the food out to us in 100+ degree weather. If you want good food, good customer service, and an overall good experience, go to Ruchi Indian Cuisine!
If you’re wondering where to go, just go here! Ruchi is the best Indian restaurant in the area! I live in El Dorado Hills & I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to pick up Ruchi than order anything else closer. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the menu is very well priced! I’m a big fan of the chicken 65 (quite spicy) and the saag paneer. They also have an amazing lunch buffet that I hope comes back very soon, so I can try more items!

I've been to this restaurant a couple times and have always really enjoyed the food and service.It seems like it was more of a fine dining restaurant before the pandemic. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and everyone is wearing their masks. The service is very professional and nice.I like the food. I'm not Indian, so I can't comment on its authenticity, but I think it is priced affordably and tastes delicious! Definitely try it if you like spicy :)I always order in person because the app companies can be kind of greedy/shady and don't coordinate orders well (I have worked as a DD driver). I don't mind waiting in person because I know my order isn't going to be sitting there getting cold while DoorDash tries to save a couple bucks instead of just paying a driver extra to take it.
